The spring on our garage door opener broke. My son found Precision Overhead Garage Door Service on the internet. We called and they said they would send someone out between 6-8 pm. Their service man knocked on our door at 5:55 pm. He was professional and considerate. He examined the door and outlined the repair options clearly for us. He told us the cost of the repair. He completed the repair in under an hour and our door works much better than when it was first installed. We will use Precision again in the future and will recomemnd them to our friends.

I chose your company because (1) your ad in the yellow pages noted that you are a member of the BBB;(2) you provided a discount for seniors; AND(3)your service call fee was less expensive than another company I called. John, the Service Tech, explained the problem to me, gave prices for repair and a new opener, and explained the benefits of each option. I had called Precision Door Service last week for an emergency when our garage door spring broke making our door unable to open and their technician came out at 8pm same day and replaced the door springs. I had wanted to get a new door opener then, but the opener was working fine so we left it alone. The garage door opener bit the dust this morning when I was leaving for work and Precision Door Service came same afternoon and replaced the garage door opener. It was a pretty cold day but they got the job done. Thanks, Precision Door Service!
