When he left, they worked liked they were brand new!!! I have wood garage doors that were old and damaged and he repaired them (without the cost of replacement that would have been VERY costly) and we are VERY happy with his work!! Needed to have bottom seals replaced on two doors and had an inspection of the overall health of the doors being they were over 8 years old, Matt did an excellent job installing the seals and I opted for new rollers and bearings as the existing ones were going bad. Matt was here on time and was very professional and friendly. I will recommend Matt and Precision to anyone that needs their service.

Lake was amazing from start to finish. He was punctual and polite. Poor guy got rained on, like terrential down pour but he kept doing the job. Gave us multiple options after checking everything. Worked quickly. Did an amazing job. Cost was a bit higher than other places but worth it for the great service.

Precision sent a serviceman within 90 minutes of my phone call. He diagnosed the problem immediately and gave me 3 options (3 price ranges) to fix the broken spring, He put in the new spring quickly. I also bought a new opener when he pointed out the grinding noise the old motor was making. I am more than satisfied with the repairs. The serviceman was one of the nicest guys I ever met and took pains to make sure that I understood everything he was doing. Precision does not have the cheapest rates in town, but they have the best service. You get what you pay for.

First of all the convenience of same day was a factor of importance. I give 5 stars for sure. My tech was knowledgeable and very friendly, I had to have new springs put on and I had the other stuff attached to that done as well so it all was good to go. My tech was Tim and he was absolutely awesome. Gave me several plan options to choose from and in detail explained them to me. Not to mention very nice. He went over all work he did ang explained warranty.

Most helpful for me was his clear descritpion of needed repairs, inculding actually showing me the defective parts needing replacement. An employee's excellence is only possible if management's focus on the bottom line includes the importance of true customer satisfaction. Rapp/Precision is not the least expensive garage door service provider, but "you get what you pay for" truly applies.

As I am not nearing sixty, I have learned that there are times when a homeowner simply needs to hire a professional. After taking out the trash late Sunday evening, I noticed that one of my two torsion springs had snapped. (Not surprising as they were, I believe original and over 40 years old.) I had seen Precision's commercials many times and looked them up. The posted reviews were glowing, and I learned that they have a 24/7 staffed phone available for appointments. Even though it was late Sunday evening I was able to make my appointment for Tuesday morning. Everything about the process was VERY professional. Immediate confirmation via email. A phone call Tuesday morning when the were on route. Clear explanation of what was in need of repair beyond just the broken spring. Multiple estimates based on the level of repair. Despite all the parts I chose to replace, (springs, bearings, cables, rollers, tracks) everything was done within two hours. I am thrilled with the new life my existing door now has and am thankful not to have to worry about a catastrophic failure some morning when my wife or I head out to work. The only downside, I notice the sound of my garage door opener a bit more now because the door itself is so quiet! Thank you to everyone at Precision for exemplifying what it is to be a professional.
