We are always so happy with precision garage door!! I wouldn't use anyone else!! In fact we have your phone number right inside the garage right next to our entry into the house!! This time it was about 4:20pm when I had just gotten back from running an errand. I closed the garage door and heard a not so great noise and noticed the door was cockeyed and not closed. I couldn't believe this had happened at that time of the day and on a Friday!! I immediately called your number which I always have handy and talked with rebeccca! I couldn't even believe we could possibly get service later that night!! Wow was I ever surprised and soo happy!! Our wonderful technician even arrived earlier than promised around 7:30 and he worked in the hot hot closed garage and even though our cars were inside he was able to safely and so efficiently repair the broken cable cord and he tightened up everything so that our garage door was straight and working like a gem!!! jWe have a two car garage with a single all wood door which is extremely heavy and the time before precision replaced our large spring coils and they have been the strongest longest lasting large spring coils we have ever had! we have had them replaced multiple times in the past by other companies until we found precision garage doors and their spring coils, still to date, are just perfect!!! We just couldn't be more pleased and I know our neighbors just couldn't believe our cockeyed door was fixed within just a few hours on a Friday and later in the evening when it broke!! We have another neighbor that still have a cockeyed broken door days and days later!! Your company rocks and all the employees from front office to technicians are just the most honest, hardworking, wonderful folks we had the pleasure to do business with!! Thank you all sooo much!!! I purchased my garage door opener approximately 10 years ago from Precision Door Service. I have had two or three occasions to call them for service including today. The technicians are always on time and extremely professional. Today this issue involved my lights not coming on when the door open and closed. Learned a lesson - my opener because of age does not take LED bulbs. I needed the old fashioned bulbs. The technician took care of that problem and lubricated my door (his suggestion). Great company. all went well but have a problem with my other door remote not working after reprogramming 3 cars. for both remotes[old door and new door] all doors operate from all 3 cars but for some reason the old door remote won't work. I have a call info help

I requested an estimate to replace my garage door. The time was set by you or your employee. While visiting my very ill husband you came at a time I wasn't home. Keep in mind YOU set the time. I was at home 1/2 half hour before the scheduled time. No I haven't returned your calls. There was no reason to do so. Your quote was twice as much as other reputable business's. I will not be using Precision Door. Since you requested me to fill in the "Service Performed" slot, I did so since I would not be able to send a review otherwise. DO NOT BELEIVE IT. I will not be using your company.

Our garage door suddenly tore and detached, as a result of the spring breaking. We called several garage door companies on a Saturday, hoping that someone would be available to respond that day. David, from Precision, was at our door within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was prepared to show us replacement options. My service was performed May 3, 2018. My Technician was Alex--he called before he came (just as I was promised by the office), he was even a little earlier than the predicted time slot, he was polite and stood and listened while I explained my problem with the garage door. Then, he informed me that he would check my door and see what could be wrong. About 10 or 15 mins. later he informed me what he thought it might be and what my choices were, along with the cost. I choose what I wanted to do and he said we'll try that and if that doesn't work then we'll have to go ahead and do the other. He went right to work and my door was repaired. Afterwards, he explained what he did and explained about the age of my motor and that it might need to be replaced and I should start thinking about that. When I decided or need to replace the motor, be sure to give him a call and he'll be glad to install it for me.

We called to have our garage door fixed on a Sunday afternoon and Precision was able to come the next morning at 8am! Alex was our serviceman and he was not only friendly and courteous, he was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was super helpful and knew exactly what to do. He even checked our sensor lights and cleaned off some corrosion to get them to work appropriately! We would absolutely use Precision Door again!

Our spring broke on a Saturday afternoon and we were expecting to wait until Monday before we could call to get an appointment with someone then my wife found the website for Precision door. After a call, we were scheduled for 9-11 on a Saturday night. The technician, Tim, got here early and was done by 7:45. The price for two springs and weekend service was very reasonable. I would recommend Precision if you ever need their services.
