Gary was - in a word - excellent! I received complete same day service just as you advertise. I made an appointment at 8 a.m., he arrived at 10 a.m. He first walked me through all the "issues" observations with our garage door system. Then, when he gave us an estimate for repair/replace, he listed the items in order of priority to address. He said he would complete his work in 2 to 2 1/2 hours. It was 2 hours. Then, when he was done, he walked through everything he did, and asked me if I had any more questions. He kept his word on everything. And your company backed up your word in your advertising. Thank you! I would recommend Precision to anyone.

From our initial call on a Saturday evening to the completion of work Sunday afternoon, everyone we spoke with was kind and professional. We were given what every customer desires, “a predictable journey”! I’d like to give a special thank you to Tim Jr., who went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done and every safety component was working correctly. He was aware of our household having two young children and I feel he took extra steps to make sure there was no doubt as to the safety of our door operation. That means a lot! It is worth noting that the pricing was higher than I had anticipated for the work performed, but the customer service received, and the confidence in our technician more than made up for the difference in what I had anticipated in cost. Again, huge shout out and thank you to Tim Jr.. We will be repeat customers as a direct result of his service!

Matt was a pleasure. I told him to inspect my garage door and to sync my garage door opener and the keyless pad. I wasn’t expecting my 27 year old garage door to be in dire need of new parts. Once again, Dustin knocked it out of the park! He's professional, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Precision answered late on a Monday, and by Tuesday morning, he was already at my residence. I had human interaction even on the first call. You don't see that anymore. Most use automated answering services. I highly recommend if you have any issues with your garage.

I couldn’t be happier, they gave me a 4 hour window and they were actually there an hour earlier. The problem was diagnosed quickly and I was given options on what I wanted to do. The technician was Dmitri Sierra, he was so professional and very pleasant, he treated me with respect and explained things in detail then let me choose what I wanted to do. He had the problem fixed within and hour. I appreciated Dmitri and his demeanor with me, he was so polite. And they had the parts I needed in his van.
