My wife and I couldn't be more satisfied. The technician (Michael B.) arrived promptly, seemed very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We wanted a garage door opener, but he explained that we did not have the clearance above the open garage door for an opener to be installed. He said that with the new springs he recommended, our door would be easy to open and close, and he delivered as promised. Our door has never worked better or been easier to open. I would definitely use the company and technician again and recommend them to anyone who asked.

I had an issue with the sensors on my garage door, and called Precision for repair. The technician, Michael B., also pointed out that my belt was in very bad shape. I ended up having him replace the whole unit, and he did a great job.

I was quoted a price for a new spring for our garage door over the phone. However, when the installer showed up, we found out we needed a different, more expensive system installed. I showed my frustration and the GM called me and said he was sorry for the misunderstanding and that they could do it for the price I was told over the phone. The installer, Dustin, was very professional and kind and got the job done. That’s what customer service is all about ??????????

My garage door wasn’t opening up smoothly and was jerking. The chain that goes into the door opener was hanging as well. I called precision door service after seeing their ad that they have same day service. The tech that came to my house was great and very professional. My rollers and springs and some other items were replaced and the door is opening very smoothly and is working great! I appreciate their fast and professional service. I would definitely recommend them and would use their services again, if needed

Same day service, was better than expected! Convenient after work hours appointment was unexpected but very appreciated. Michael, the service technician was very polite, accommodating and knowledgeable. He replaced broken springs on our main garage door and replaced deteriorating spring on our second door. Also replaced all rollers and lubricated hinges. Took about 2 hours in all. Everything works better than ever!

Felt the technician was attempting to sell me upgrades on my operner. It didn't appear sincere but rather a ploy to generate sales. If I didn't know any better, I would say the technician got a peice of the action for upgrades. I got a little push back when I presented a coupon for a free trip charge with service over $100.00. The tech said most of the bill was the trip charge and the coupon wouldn't apply. That wasn't correct since my final amount I paid was $117.65 and the trip charge was $49.95. He did finally accept the coupon and reduced my bill from what was originally $180'ish. Looking at the bill, I got charged for "fleet transportation" - $20.00. Seems redunant. Get the trip charge waived with a coupon but get hammered with a "fleet transportation" charge! Lastly, the tech fixed my light issue, it wasn't coming on when the garage door was activated. He fixed it so good it won't shut off now! Back to having a problem again! Doubtful I'll be a return customer.

I have used Precision door service three times now. Excellent service and professionalism each and every time! Replaced spring 14 months ago. This month door opener failed so Jim T. Jr. replaced opener, bearings, drum, rollers and balanced to help alleviate stress on new parts. Plus he replaced a NEW heavy duty spring, that was installed last time, this time for FREE due to a warrantied part. Will Recommend to everyone! Thanks and keep up the good work ethic.

I originally called because I thought the “eye” was broken and my door wouldn’t go down. I called and within 3 hours Dustin was at my door. The initial problem only required reconnection of a wire. I asked Dustin, if he had time, to check anything else that might need replaced. This opener is 20 years old. He quickly found some things that could be cared for that were either broken or could break soon (rollers, bearings, as well as what things were older and showing wear but didn’t need replaced. He provided an estimate which was very reasonable and within 1 hour my door was completely taken care of. So within 4 hours of my phone call my door was fixed. Dustin was an absolute delight! Friendly, pleasant, professional, and intelligent. Totally made me feel that I was his priority. This was an exemplary experience from start to finish that many other companies could learn from. I will use no other company in the future. Thank you Dustin and Precision!

Can't say enough about the fast, professional service we received from Precision. We had used their service before and were very happy with the work done, so they were the first company we called this time. It was late on Saturday night when a spring snapped, also breaking a cable. Set an appointment for early on a snowy. Sunday morning. Tom Palmer showed up at the exact time, ready to work. In a very short time he had the door hanging straight, with the new springs and cable replaced. Even in the dead of winter with several inches of snow on the ground, Precision got the job done, fast. Can't say enough good about Tom Palmer. Polite, professional, and knew his business. Will certainly use Precision in the future.

Tyler showed up on time and ready to work. He diagnosed my problem and had it fixed and operation within 15 minutes. I thought the price of the remotes was high but from time of call until the problem was fixed was 30 minutes. You have to pay for that kind of service.
