Very responsive, came right away and the “sales” guy was quite nice. However he gave me three generic numbers, never itemized anything and said that’s the best he could do for me. He tried to add in things that weren’t really needed, even at the lowest option. Unfortunately, the cheapest option was 650$, and after asking around others, I was told I was being ripped off. Better yet, they even knew the name of the company without even me telling them, which goes to show their reputation. Called a local guy I was recommended by someone who flips homes, came out right away and it was fixed for half the price, 350$! Please support local, if you can, which I did more research. Oh, I was also told that I wouldn’t be charged an assessment fee, but was of 50$. Overall disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend, there are much more reasonable places out there!

Great experience. Called and talked to Chelsea, very nice lady, got me in same day. Kayne arrived an hour later, wore a mask the whole time, very friendly,did an inspection and gave me a number of options . He replaced everything but the door in an hour. I wouldn't use anybody else for garage door issues.

Tim Jr. Came out quickly to reprogram my remote, keypad, and on board control after the remote was stolen from my car. He was thorough and explained everything. No attempt to upsell. Charges were extremely reasonable.

Tech---Tim, Jr. Saturday service call. Spring broke. Punctual and Professional. We had called two previous companies and left voicemails on their "urgent" voicemail. Precision Garage had a live human being operator to help us and give us same day service. Very thorough at looking at all components of our system.

Our service tech, Tim, arrived about 2 hours after I called. He inspected our door in a few minutes and gave us our options. He then repaired our broken torsion spring in about 30 minutes. I was ready to pay for a job well done when he informed me that after speaking with the central office, they were going to waive the entire cost of the repair! Amazing! We were leaving to pick our mother up from the hospital on Thanksgiving eve and our garage door would not open ( broken springs/track etc). We contacted Precision and it was an EXCEPETIONAL experience. The lady on the phone was friendly, and helpful- within 30 minutes Kayne arrived and spent 4.5 hours repairing our door and all broken equipment. He was informative, efficient and friendly- To have this experience on Thanksgiving eve coupled with our mother in the hospital was stressful- but thanks to Kayne and the rest of the team it turned into a positive outcome. I am a customer for life to Precision based on how they handled everything. Thank you very much

Stupid me waited until it was cold and the first major snowfall to call about our garage not working. Cain arrived in a timely fashion and did a thorough inspection. Our door was relatively new but the rest (except the tracks) needed replaced. He gave me some options to choose from. Though I didn’t need this extra expense this near to Christmas, I believe I was given an honest cost for the repair. I hope I don’t need them back anytime soon, but I have a feeling they will be here if I need them. I recommend Precision. Cain was friendly and explained in a clear fashion the work that needed to be done. And he also gave me a thorough explanation of everything he did. I highly recommend Cain, also.

I called our three listed services in Newark Friday afternoon before 5 PM. They all went to a voice mail. I called your company after seeing the ad on TV. I spoke right away with Jennifer. She scheduled service for Saturday AM Kayne arrived on time, Repairs were extensive- but he explained all the options. He then completed the repairs expediently. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. His work and explanation of the repairs was very much appreciated. Please thank him and Jennifer for responding so quickly.
