Excellent Service, called for service late Saturday and had appointment for mid morning on Sunday. Our tech (Tim) was great, he explained all issues from start to finish. He checked out door and found issues that needed repaired / replaced then gave us options to choose from. When we decided everything was done before he left. I expected to be charged more for the components than I could buy them for myself but $165.00 for a keypad i can buy anywhere for $45 I thought was bit excessive. And to pay $1200.00 for a basic door opener install was a bit pricey and most of the bolts on the hanger weren’t even tightened down . I don’t think you’ll be putting in my next opener.

This is the second time that we called Precision for an issue with our garage door and as the last time they came the same day and fixed our problem. Our spring was broken and we could not open our garage door. It was Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and we didn't think we could get the door fixed until Tuesday. Dustin arrived on Monday morning and replaced the coil. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We would recommend your company!

Our garage door wasn’t working properly the last couple of days. Called Precision Overhead Garage Door,Sunday afternoon Memorial Day weekend. Spoke to Victoria, very nice lady with a pleasant voice. Explained the garage door situation to Victoria and she told me a technician could be at our place soon. His name is Patrick M. When Patrick arrived, he was very personable, looked over the garage door situation and explained what needed to be done to get the garage door running properly. Gave us an estimate and said he had all the parts on the truck and it would take about 2 hrs to complete. Patrick did a great job and we are very pleased with his work. Thank You

Precision Door Service came out on a Sunday and repaired our garage door. Tom T. did excellent job was very thorough and knowledgeable on evaluating our entire overhead garage door before repairing the door. Tom when over everything the door needed with me, to get my approval on what should be repaired. He also quoted me a price at this time. There was no pressure at all. Precision replaced the following items on our garage door, new cables, rollers, torsion wheel bearings, adjusted our door. I give Tom T. 5 star rating. He worked very hard on the garage door repair. (32 years old) Tom T. was very professional, polite and respectful. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and TomT.
