I drove into the driveway at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday (May 25), after work, to find that the garage door on my side of the garage would not open. Luckily, the other door opened. Problem - broken torsion spring on the 25-year-old door. I called the company that had installed new motors on the doors several years ago. They were scheduling service in late June. No thanks. So, I called Precision (based on comments on line), and the friendly person I spoke with scheduled a service call that same day. Residential technician Gary Lemaster arrived early, assessed the entire system and hardware on both doors. Based on his knowledge and competence, I decided to have him perform a comprehensive replacement of all components on both doors. He did so in short order and very professionally. I would recommend Precision to anyone seeking service.

Gary came quickly (within an hour of our phone call for service) and assessed our problem. Instead of doing a repair, we decided to just replace the 17 year old garage door opener. He had what we needed on the truck and within 75 minutes had replaced the opener, put on new rollers and belt rail and programmed both cars for us. He was professional, knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process. I would recommend this company without hesitation!

We had used Precision before for our garage door needs and were always very satisfied, especially with the same day service. So, when we needed to replace our door, we called Precision. Megan came that day and explained everything to us and we picked out the door and opener we wanted. Within several weeks our door was installed and the new very quiet opener put in. Our installer even went above and beyond and set up the openers in our cars and our phones. We are very, very pleased. Will recommend them to everyone.

My invoice says total invoice & total payment is $915.87. My credit card receipt is for $964.07. I realized there was a discrepancy at the time but assumed it was sales tax. However, the amount is not correct if that is the case. Why doesn’t the invoice show sales tax? Was I overcharged? Also, your initial appt confirmation said En W was my service technician. Derrick called & showed up. His picture was not in your original email. It was disconcerting but since he drove a Precision truck & had a Precision shirt, I had to assume he was legit. I chose Precision to handle my minor automatic garage door issue because they are the one that not only installed MY opener in my condo, but installed the one in my nearby sister's garage, too. "Dan" came within the 2 hour appointment window (on a Sunday!) as scheduled, quickly fixed the issue, and fixed a couple of other minor things with the opener. We also had a very friendly time talking about my favorite soccer team, the CREW! I will definitely contact Precision again for any issues I have with both my garage door opener and my sister's. 5 stars FOR SURE!

I was in a jam after two internet handymen failed to show up. I called Precision shortly before 8:00 am and a serivce man was here taking are of the problem by 10:00 am. Can't thank them enough for keeping their word and providing the poromised service. Our cars are happy to be inside again! Customer service does still exist with the right company.

Suddenly Wednesday evening we had a broken garage door opener. Saw an advertisement for garage door repair, etc. and called Precision Thursday morning. Derrick was available at 2:00 Thursday afternoon. He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. New garage door opener by 4:00 Thursday. If you need a very competent garage door technician. Call Precision and ask for Derrick.

Called in the evening and was given an appointment for the next morning. Service guy called giving aprox time before showing up. Introduced himself Walker is his name and started work right away. Explained everything as he worked. Gave three options for repair and explained each level. Work was performed timely and was tested before buttoning everything up. Walker was professional in every sense of the word. He is the reason for the 5 star rating. I will definitely use them again if needed.

The outside wireless keypad failed. Daniel replaced it after determining the old one had rusted out parts inside. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. This was my first experience with Precision. I would definitely call them again for garage door needs.

The bracket connecting my garage door to the opener broke on a Saturday morning. I called Precision and was pleased to hear that they could schedule an appointment the same day. Daniel arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He inspected every component of the garage door before explaining all of the issues that he discovered during his inspection. Our door was installed 15 years ago. Daniel pointed out the components, which were failing after fifteen years of use, that contributed to the bracket failure (worn springs, leaking bearings & rusty rollers). Daniel provided us with a number of options and their respective costs. He explained each option thoroughly. The options ranged from a replacement of the bracket, that did not address the underlying causes of its failure, all the way up to an option that would return the operation fo the door to “like new condition,” which would provide us with many years of worry free use. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He cleaned up after completing the work and removed all of the parts that were replaced. We became aware of Precision after viewing one of their TV commercials and coincidentally passing their location near our home immediately prior to the failure of the bracket. While we are confident that we will not require their services in the near future, based on the quality of the work performed by Daniel, we will not hesitate to call them should we require any maintenance. We will recommend their services to our friends and neighbors.

Totally satisfied! I called at 5:45 pm and was able to schedule an appointment between 6:00 pm & 10:00 pm. The technician arrived at 6:45 pm and completed the inspection plus replacement of my springs with side cables in one hours time! Price was very fair and better than the competition. I honestly did not expect for this repair to go so smoothly! Tyler was a great technician and a pleasure to meet. Do yourself a favor and call Precision first and be done with it!
