Our technician was Patrick M. Technician showed up on time and was curious and friendly. I was a little surprised at the cost of the repair. But if it lasts as long as they claim it will, It will work itself out over time. My wife and I decided to go with Precision because of their TV commercials and they did not disappoint. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs their services.

Went online to request an appointment since garage door opener was not lifting or lowering. Took several tries due to my internet but the gal was pleasant through it all. Sent Raziel out who diagnosed the problem and priced me a new opener. Raziel was excellent and made it a great experience. Got a quality job, quality opener and decided on new rollers to top it off. I will call this company every time because of techs like Raziel. Thank you so much!

I feel I have been scammed. I looked up what I had done and the cost of the things Like battery, bulb, grease & wiring and your price was almost twice as much as I should have paid. I will be looking into what I can do about this with the elder abuse people.

Great advice from the very professional technician and a careful installation that went above and beyond expectations. Precision's technical associate, Adam H., was immensely courteous, friendly, highly trained, and amazingly efficient. With Adam's patient guidance, my wife and I are confident that we made the right investment and chose the right company. Plus he also alerted us to the old, faulty rollers and was able to replace them on the same visit. In spite of the day's heat, he took pains to explain patiently all features and procedures at the end and to make sure that I was confident in operating the new garage door opener. If we could give 6 stars (or more), we would!

Excellent service & quality workmanship! They go above and beyond! Last year, we had a major problem with our 46 year old, all wood, 4 panel garage door. I'm certain it would have been easier and faster to just replace the door. But, we really wanted to save it if at all possible since it perfectly matches our tudor-style home. Walker spearheaded an incredible repair and we were so impressed with the technicians' knowledge, problem solving abilities and perseverance! The door works beautifully and all parts they installed have a 10-year warranty! I highly recommend this company!!

The Service guy was great! But for 30 minutes of work, Changed two Brackets. And lubed rollers. Cost $ 265.65 outrageous. Will not use your service again!

I see your commercials on Good Day Columbus, so when my son left one of our remotes on the roof of his car and we could not locate it, we knew we needed to change out the codes and replace the remotes. Also, our outdoor keypad had stopped working, so i asked for it to be replaced. Dimitri was very polite and helpful, and worked efficiently, doing all the work including reprogramming in less than an hour. The price was fair and he lubricated the door before he left. I called this morning and the work was done several hours later. He left me his card in case I have any further issues. Highly recommend.
