There's no question about two things: your service is amazing and your prices reflect it. I guess that's fair. The whole experience was great, except for the quote and bill. From the website appointment to the photos of technicians to the manner of your telephone staff, you can't be beat. Next time I might shop around, but if I want superior service, I'll go to you every time.

We are very satisfied with the quality of the materials and the knowledge and competence of your installer. Our original door was in bad shape and had started to crack along the frame. You installed a brand new insulated door and all of the hardware necessary to operate it. We will definitely recommend your company to others in the future.

Had Gregg install a new opener today as mine was no longer working. He did a great job and I asked for him when I called Precision yesterday..He replaced my springs two years ago and I was impressed with his expertise and quality and his personality. Only disappointment was that I only received a $15.00 discount on this job and thought it would be much more.

Eric was very proffessional and explained not only the current problem but how the continued use of the opener with the broken spring had worn other parts. He gave the opener a total service, letting me make the call on what items were replaced.

Gregg is right on time and efficient. We had our garage door springs installed in 2001 by you and got the lifetime warranty. Got both springs replaced today for only a $55 service call. Gregg was able to get here just a few hours after it broke. Thank you!

Thank you so much for sending Tom out to repair my aging garage door and opener. He returned twice for problems after he repaired the door until I was a satisfied customer. Tim did a great job replacing a broken spring after hours. He mentioned a service special which would also replace the rollers...which was something I had thought of doing from time to time. Tim worked quickly and with quality...the only noise you hear now is the hum of the opener.

Spring on the garage door broke at 5 pm on Sunday. We needed service quickly because my wife had knee surgery scheduled on Monday am. Found you on internet called and repairman arrived a little before he was scheduled and had the door operating within an hour. Service was very good, but I was told I could get a receipt by email but none was forwarded. Would be 5 stars, but I emailed a request for the receipt for payment on the next day and now six days later have still not received a receipt for payment. 4 stars.
