David was on time, worked hard all day in the cold weather, and did a great job. The two new garage doors look great and function so smoothly and quietly. Your website is one of the best I have seen, and is partially the reason why I choose Precision. Knowing a bit about the techs in advance, and being able to look at insulation R values was very helpful.

I needed a minor adjustment on my opener which was installed about two months ago. The technician called and arrived about two hours early because he noticed (correctly) that it might be more convenient for me. The adjustment took only a few minutes, and the service technician elected to call this part of the installation process and waived all charges. Not only am I impressed with the level of service that he provided, I also am impressed with the authority that this company gives its technicians.

The company representative was prompt and profesional. The job turned out to more than I hoped. I knew I needed repair but ended up with garage door system rehabilitation and belt driven opener. Everything was explained in such a manner that I understood exactly why everything need to be done and what my options were. The work was done immediately and, from what I can tell, very well. My garage door has never moved so smoothly and silently.

Called Precision at 7:40 p,m. on Sunday April 16, 2017 (Easter Sunday). Tech was at my house at 8:15 p.m. and had replaced the springs and was done by 9:15p.m. Alex was courteous, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. 5 stars.

Scheduled 2 to 4. Later, received a phone call moving appointment to 6-8. No one showed. Called after 8 to find out the system had me scheduled for the next morning which was never an option. With no options, rescheduled for the evening of the following day forcing me to miss a previously scheduled dinner meeting. Tech that finally arrived did a good job.

Once again PD provides amazing service. Called at 10 PM last night, door fixed by 10 AM the next day. One broken spring, both replaced under warranty. Jason knows his stuff. All this and no price gouging either. PD is the only place for garage door work.

I have worked with Precision Door Service of Columbus, INC. for many years. With any problem they are out with in a couple of hours. One time it was a Sunday afternoon. Now after servicing over the last couple of years and replacing needed parts, including an amazing belt driven garage door opener, they have expertly installed a beautiful steel garage door. One floor of my home is executive offices from which I operate a large retirement planning practice. We are in and out continually. That garage door has got to work and be dependable. I have so much peace of mind knowing that Precision Door Service is so responsive and always does not only quality work but uses quality parts. I would recommend them to anybody who wants to be able to depend on their garage door working.

I was very impressed with every aspect of Precision Garage Door of Columbus Ohio. Their website gave me confidence I needed (A+ BBB rating). I called and they were very responsive on a Saturday afternoon, and they didn't gouge me with emergency service call fees. I really appreciated the email confirmation that included pictures of the staff for added security. (Great feature!) Tom arrived within the next hour after my call, and was very direct and honest. I felt very confident that we were in good hands. Tom was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job repairing our garage door. I also appreciated the convenient payment methods, and very clear and understandable electronic invoice that was sent to me immediately upon completion of the work and payment. (No yellow copy with illegible handwriting that you tend to get for misc. home repairs these days.) Precision really knows how to run a successful business. Should the need arise, I will definitely call Precision again in the future!
