Tom A. Palmer was my Technician, I needed a new garage door opener, he explain the differences in the opener models and answered my numerous questions. I new my garage door had a broken hinge that needed replaced, he pointed out two other hinges that had stress cracks in them, so I had those replaced also. He inspected the garage door and installed the new opener, and programed the two remotes & outside keyless pad. Very happy with the work that Tom did, and would recommend Tom & Precision for your garage door/opener needs.

Prompt, courteous, professional service! When garage door would not close on a Sunday morning, I called and Tim arrived within 3 hours. He even remembered having replaced the spring when it broke suddenly on a Saturday morning last year. He resolved the problem quickly and all is well. I highly recommend this company.

Repairman was Pat. He was on time and quickly figured out that a sprocket had broken. He replaced it along with putting 2 new light bulbs in the overhead. He was very friendly, answered my questions, and left no mess!

I identified broken spring on garage door, could't get my car out. called Precision and had a response. Repairment came and replaced along w/ other spring. Bottom line: he was here for 10 minutes. fixed it and charged me $589.00 w/ senior discount. I think we were taken advantage of and been had by the serviceman. I don't think this was fair ! By copy of this letter to BBB, they will be advised of this ripoff and will also be posted on social media. Springs are available for $ 100/a pair. This is what i would call a daylight robbery.

My experience was great! I went on the website and did a chat to ask some questions, got scheduled for an estimate the next day and had the work done that same day. I figured I would schedule the work for weeks out. Joe was my technician and he was very straight forward with me and answered all my questions and did not pressure me to do the work!

This is a great company to work with. From setting up the appointment to evaluating the entire mechanics of the door to installation it was a great experience. I have an order for door from the 1970s original to the house. Tim was able to point out the little things that kept my door from acting the way it should and recommended the proper springs to help out. Now I have a great door with a quieter operation and it was installed professionally and quickly. I’d recommend Tim to anybody.

She worked with me to get an attractive door installed within my time constraints, and was very professional. Door installer, Charles F., did a beautiful job installing the door, and was also courteous, and excellent at explaining the operation of the door. They are both a credit to their company. They were able to install my new door within a week, and the entire process was a good one. I would recommend this company to others.

When our garage door opener stopped working, we called Precision to have them come service the door. After taking a look at the door, it was decided a new garage door opener was needed. The old garage door opener was taken down and a new one was installed in less than an hour. Fantastic Service!

Derek the technician was wonderful. He responded kindly to my complicated family situation and adjusted his work plan to fit what I needed. He knew how stressed I was so he took care to explain everything and show me what he was talking about. I appreciate the timely service and attention to detail. The garage door gets lots of use & works perfectly now. I called this company because I'd seen the ads on TV. The service lived up to the promises highlighted in those spots, which is not always the case. All the parts needed to complete the repairs were available and the scheduling, which was a very important factor for me, was exactly as advertised.

Tom P. Called and said he would be at my house in 45 minutes to 1 hour. He arrived in 54 minutes, right on time. He was very professional ( except he smelled like cigarettes). He gave me 3 different estimates, good, better, best. I talk with him as he completed the install. He was pleasant to talk to. He did complete the install in 1.25 hours. Which would have been about 1 hour if we didn’t talk so much. This is not the first time I have used this company. I am once again pleased with the quality of the work and the technician, other than he smelled like cigarettes. I will use them again if needed. I think they are a little pricey but the quality of their work very good. P.S. Tom enjoy your Vacation and cruise next year.

We called Precision Door on the recommendation of a neighbor. We had returned from an evening walk to find that the garage door would not open because one of the springs had broken. We called and asked if someone could come out ASAP since our schedules were such that we needed the door repaired quickly. Walker came to our condo at 9:20 pm and he was terrific. He was an experienced tech and got right to work. He had the spring(s) replaced and we paid him by about 10:10 pm. We bought the heavy duty springs and he also recommended we replace the bearings at both ends of the rod and the bearing in the middle of the two springs. Walker was thorough and you could tell he was excellent at his job. Thanks for the responsiveness and the quality of the work performed. We appreciate it.

David S. is a personable and professional technician who was able to diagnose an intermittent condition that caused unreliable and frustrating operation of our garage door. David also pointed out deficiencies with the existing door components that deterred the effective operation of the door, and that placed undue burdens on the opener. His explanations of the issues were logical and easy to understand. David proposed a number of possible solutions that allowed us choose a cost effective resolution to our problems. He installed a new opener and performed an overhaul of the door components that provided the best warranty for our budget. And additionally, he got everything done within tight time restraints that allowed us to meet our personal obligations. When he left our home, I told him that his employer wasn’t paying him enough! David’s knowledge and workmanship created our loyalty to Precision Garage Doors.

I choose based off of a google search and recognized the name from advertising that I had seen. I had called the previous company that I had used and they never bothered to return my phone call. I called Precision late morning and by mid afternoon the service technician was onsite. Clearly explained the issue and provide options for repair which was done quickly. Dustin really went above and beyond as my family was dealing with some issues this day. Hats off to him and Precision for a job well done.
