I would like to say some good Things about Dmitri S. He was very Polite and Knowledgeable with all the Garage Door Openers and took the time to go over each. He took a little least than hour with the install and then went over everything. He called ahead and came earlier than I Had expected and that worked out great. He also installed keypad. This is the second time I have used you guys and was very pleased each time.

Wonderful customer service! We got an appointment quickly - Kane was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to fix our issues right away and walked us through everything he did afterwards. We saw one of their trucks down the street one day and decided to call as we were having issues with our garage door. Appointment was made. Tyler called 30 minutes out, showed up on time, assessed the problem, and gave us some quotes explaining every detail. It was all done within a couple of hours, on a Sunday I might add. Very reliable company! Amazing customer service! I would recommend them to anyone.

Our garage door broke on a Thursday night around 8:30 PM. Since they have 24/7 service, we called and got an appointment for 10 AM-2 PM the next day. Matt arrived around 10:30 AM and had a new garage door opener installed and operating by 12:30 PM. Great product and service!!

After an evening call to their 24/7 service line , they were out to my house next morning. Jason was pleasant, very knowledgeable, explained what was needed and gave me 3 different options for repair. He had all the needed supplies and was done in little more than 90 min.They may be on the high end price wise for repairs done ,based on my quick research before service, {i'm om a fixed income}but the quick response and their policy on warranty made up for it. The quick service avoided stress of calling several companies and possibly not being able to get my car out of garage in an emergency. Sometimes you pay a little more for great customer service.

Aren’t we all tired of writing reviews for every purchase we make? But today Kayne Sickler from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service came to my home to work on my garage door and totally exceeded my expectations. From his courtesy call and friendly “Good Morning” to making sure I didn’t stand in the cold too long, how could I not take the time to write a glowing review? Kayne certainly seems to know his job, was efficient and explained everything to me before he did it. He gave me options for all items so I could make informed decisions before purchasing, performed the work correctly and cleaned up so I wouldn’t have known a workman had even been in my garage. Who could ask for more? Oh, did I mention he arrived early too? I can’t wait to tell all my friends about Precision. Precision rocks!

Initially, I called to have an evaluation of our garage door and operation. Gary responded and advised us of our options and choices. We decided to purchase a new door…..ours is the original and over 40 years old. Alana visited and she went over all the buying options. She explained everything. So far, all is well!!!

I was able to set the appointment for same day service which was very convenient. I had been having issues with the garage door opening smoothly for quite some time and two other companies had been unable to resolve the problem. The tech listened to my descriptions before testing the door so he could know better what to watch for as he tested the door (the issue was sporadic but problematic.) He found a few problems pretty fast and was able to make adjustments as well as replace some parts needed. I was very happy he had everything he needed with him; there was no added waiting time for parts. Everything was done in under two hours. Fast and VERY friendly service. The issues seem to be resolved and if for some reason they aren’t I have the added comfort of a warranty. I’m very pleased with Precision Door.????

My device technician was very courteous and professional. However, the pricing is very high. Unfortunately, I did not check with other companies before making my choice. But I would warn others that they should do what I didn't do.

We had trouble with our remote initially, but since our motors were 18 years old, we decided to replace those and get new rollers as well as the outside remote panel. Jason Otero came out the same day I called and he did a terrific job giving me my options and explaining the benefits. Once I made a decision, he installed everything the same day and did a great job. He was professional, informative, did a quality job and cleaned up everything afterwards. He also gave me his card in case I had any follow-up questions. I am very happy with Precision and especially with the work of Jason Otero. Thank you all.

My door was not working at 100%. Matt E. inspected the door and explained three service options. He quickly replaced the worn door hardware, the springs and lubricated all the hardware on the door. When he finished the door was running smoothly and in good balance. Matt is a true professional in doing his work.

I have used Precision several times over the years and when my garage door spring broke I called them to fix the problem. They were able to come out the same day and completed the repairs. The technician was polite and was able to explain what needed to be repaired or replaced, and having the parts on hand, made the replacements. I will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them for any garage door issues one would have.
