Need service on a Saturday, booked online, tech was at my house in under 2 hours. I knew I'd need a new opener, he had everything on his truck that he needed to replace everything, and took the time to show me all the features, and set my new opener up to my WiFi. Tech was very professional, and installed everything in under 3 hours. My original opener was installed by a homeowner, and was not installed correctly, so it was almost like a new installation. Great job, great service! This is the 3rd time I've used this company, and they have never disappointed!

The tech arrived 90 minutes early. Usually this would be a plus, but both my wife were unavailable until the tech and my wife arrived simultaniously. We were in a frenzy to put the dogs away, get our vehicles parked and engage the tech. WHEW!

I chose Precision Garage Door because they come when they say and have all the equipment with them to fix the job. They came on a Sunday and did not charge extra which was a plus. The service person was very knowledgeable and fixed my door. I will use again if needed.

I was having to replace the batteries in our keypad opener nearly every week. Precision had installed a new one along with overhead opener and other work in 2021. The technician, David, noted he was here in’21 as part of the service team. He said there has been issues with the keypad we had so he installed a new one, helped reprogram it, and said there was no charge as everything was still under warranty. What a pleasant surprise! We’re Precision customers for life. Thanks, everyone!

Tech showed up when he was supposed to and was patient as I was on a business call, he waited for about 10-15 minutes until I finished the call and explained to me the problem and options, even options going with the garage door manufacturer. Ultimately I did have Precision Door do the work as I was not prepared to pay the cost of the estimate. Very professional and informative tech.

Cannot recommend Precision enough, Jonathan Swartz helped us out and was kind, professional, and obviously very knowledgeable. I was really appreciative of how upfront and honest he was and if I need any other garage door work I will definitely only use Precision. Scheduling a time for service was super quick and easy. Technician James Damron called prior to arrival ,arrived promptly introduced himself and viewed the problem. Estimate was provided and he went to work.
