This is the 2nd time we’ve had you out to take care of problems with our garage doors. You never disappoint! Tim Tomlinson has been our technician both times. Focused on the customer and providing options. He explains each option and goes to work on the option chosen. His craftsmanship is off the charts EXCELLENT!! I will ask for Tim for future visits. Precision Garage Door Service has gained our complete trust and we won’t use anyone else!

I was having to replace the batteries in our keypad opener nearly every week. Precision had installed a new one along with overhead opener and other work in 2021. The technician, David, noted he was here in’21 as part of the service team. He said there has been issues with the keypad we had so he installed a new one, helped reprogram it, and said there was no charge as everything was still under warranty. What a pleasant surprise! We’re Precision customers for life. Thanks, everyone!

Tech showed up when he was supposed to and was patient as I was on a business call, he waited for about 10-15 minutes until I finished the call and explained to me the problem and options, even options going with the garage door manufacturer. Ultimately I did have Precision Door do the work as I was not prepared to pay the cost of the estimate. Very professional and informative tech.

Cannot recommend Precision enough, Jonathan Swartz helped us out and was kind, professional, and obviously very knowledgeable. I called Precision around noon and was told a technician would arrive between 4 & 6. I received a call from the technician (Chaz”) that he was on his way at 4:00. Chaz was very polite and professional as he diagnosed the problem, offered several options to repair the issue and within about an hour my garage door was working properly. I have used Precision Door since 2002 and they will always be my first call when I need my garage door serviced.

I chose Precision Garage Door because they come when they say and have all the equipment with them to fix the job. They came on a Sunday and did not charge extra which was a plus. The service person was very knowledgeable and fixed my door. I will use again if needed.
