They were professional, got quick service, explained everything to me in language I could understand, and provided with options for the repair of my garage door opener. Johnny came out today to do a repair on our garage door. He could not have been nicer and it was a pleasure dealing with him. He did not rush, was very personable but very efficient as he fixed our door. Would definitely use Precision Doors again!

I told the tech to leave the old garage door opener but he took it anyway. There was nothing wrong with it but it mysteriously stopped working while he worked on repairing the rails. Then sold me a very expensive opener. I want my old one back. The new one jerks and squeaks when opening!

Service person Derek did a great job explaining the alternatives to fixing my garage door. What I selected, he did the work in a timely manner and was very good. He finished in an appropriate time and made my garage door look like new. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.

Tim Jr came to our house on a Sunday afternoon to look at a motor and chain that had given out. From the moment he rang the doorbell he was beyond professional, friendly, and kind. He took time to explain to me what he thought might be the issue as well as listen to my concerns and ramblings of what I thought it was. Once we decided on a path forward he quickly got to work SAME DAY and had a brand new motor and keypad installed in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Precision and Tim Jr. And if you find yourself in his company count yourself lucky and in great hands

Gary did a great job on our garage door and was very helpful in explaining reasons that he recommended other door parts be repaired other than just replacing the single spring. It was a "you may be calling me in the future to take care of it if you don't do it now." Gary saw my tools in the garage and even suggested that some of the repairs he was doing that I could just do myself to save money. I observed the whole process of his work and maybe on the other garage doors I could do some of that work, but I'm sure I will just call Precision again and let the experts take care of things.

When my garage door stopped working, Precision was there the next day. The technician was great. He didn't just tell me what was broken- he showed me. Gave me a number of options to save money. Replaced our 32-year-old motor, changed the springs, fixed some broken hinges. The door is now so quiet and smooth we are shocked. It has NEVER been this quiet. Our dog always wakes up when I open and close the garage door to leave in the morning. She slept right through this morning.

We called Precision after our garage door spring snapped. They sent out a technician the day of to fix the door. Tim showed up at our house and was extremely friendly and easy to work with. It was not cheap but Tim did a great job and replaced the spring. I would highly recommend Precision based on the phenomenal customer service we received. Thanks!

This company is the very best!! They were able to get to our home the very same day we called. Since we had an older spring system that needed special parts, we opted to replace it. He got it done in about 90 minutes. Very nice and very professional. Will definitely use them again if our other older door breaks. We highly recommend Precision!!
