Joe and Bob were very helpful and patient with our decision. They showed everything that was repaired on our garage door. They worked very hard to get the job done fast but correct. They were respectful and worked with us on our budget. They both went above and beyond to get our garage door working properly again!

The Precision Door technicians were courteous, efficient, and very informative when they showed me how to program my remotes with my new Genie Professional 2130 garage door opener. I highly recommend the Precision Door team to anyone with garage door needs. They text when they are on the way which is also very helpful.

I just wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback. One of your workers (David Morgan) came to my home recently, and I wanted you to know how impressed I was. He was incredibly professional, efficient, and very kind. I was in a stressful situation, and he not only fixed the issue quickly, but his calm and respectful manner really put me at ease. I just thought it was important to let you know how much I appreciated his efficiency and kindness in my time of need. It really made a difference.

Rep was on time and totally professional and knowledgeable about my problem. He was able to explain what was happening and corrected quickly. He also explained and gave me a can of the lubricant I needed for the joints and other systems. This young man is what all companies need that make house calls. I wish I could remember his name.
