Joshua Walker did an excellent job installing my new garage door opener. He is professional and friendly. He explained all of my options to me after his initial inspection. When he was finished he showed me everything he had done and explained the new system to me and took the time to answer any questions I had.

The repair technician showed up a little early, after confirming it was OK to. He went out of his way to fix my problem correctly without overcharging me for things I didn't need. He was extremely courteous. Garage door is fixed and working correctly, now. Would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Precision enough, Jonathan Swartz helped us out and was kind, professional, and obviously very knowledgeable. I was really appreciative of how upfront and honest he was and if I need any other garage door work I will definitely only use Precision. Scheduling a time for service was super quick and easy. Great overall experience.

I called Precision around noon and was told a technician would arrive between 4 & 6. I received a call from the technician (Chaz”) that he was on his way at 4:00. Chaz was very polite and professional as he diagnosed the problem, offered several options to repair the issue and within about an hour my garage door was working properly. I have used Precision Door since 2002 and they will always be my first call when I need my garage door serviced.

Keypad was not working. Thought it was the bateries. It wasn't. Called yesterday and they came out today. Turns out the keypad was recalled. The guy removed the pad and put a new one on. Maybe 1/2 at the top?
