The estimator Ms. Alana listened to what I wanted which was to replace my two 40+ year old garage doors and the worn out opener on one of them. She showed me samples and really knew her products. She provided a fair price and the doors were scheduled for installation 4 days later. Alex Eliopoulos was the installer and showed up on time and did a absolute 100% professional job installing the doors, opener, and trim. He even programed my car for the new opener. As a retired licensed aircraft mechanic I could not have asked for a better installation job. Thanks Alana and Alex for your great service.

Called for estimate for new garage doors and openers.Received immediate response and had Alana in my driveway within 2 hours. She was very polite and extremely professional and listened intently to our needs. She was able to explain the proposals in detail and gave us multiple options to consider. We were extremely satisfied with our decision to purchase new garage doors and was promised install within a few days. Doors were purchased on Tuesday and install scheduled for the following Tuesday. I do not foresee any issues and if install technician is as professional as Alana we will be ecstatic! ????

Precision made getting a new garage door easy. Their price was best, but most important our sales person, Alanna, and the installer, Lashad Lake, were both very professional. All explained and no surprises. Lashad was friendly, on time, cleaned up, and did excellent work. We had a great experience and the new door is beautiful.

My new garage door looks wonderful, and really adds to the overall looks of my home. The sales & design person, Alana M., was helpful, friendly , and she listened to my questions. She worked with me to get an attractive door installed within my time constraints, and was very professional. Door installer, Charles F., did a beautiful job installing the door, and was also courteous, and excellent at explaining the operation of the door. They are both a credit to their company. They were able to install my new door within a week, and the entire process was a good one. I would recommend this company to others.

Everything was great, the tech took the door off and installed all new supports and the door and was only here about three hours. When I inspected the door and pay for the service, I was informed the tech let someone take the old door. I was charge 100 dollars to dispose of the old door and don't think it fair practice to charge me something that was not completed. I would like a 100 dollar refund added back to the card use for the service. Thank you James Salyers.

Alana came by to give an estimate. She called in advance, was prompt, accommodating to some other extra chaos that was going on at my house at the time, answered questions and provided a detailed account of what to expect for a full garage door replacement. She was courteous, informative, and super pleasant (so much so that both kids commented to me afterwards about how "nice" she was). I've used Precision before, but it's employees like Alana that will continue making this business a success!

We had an emergency situation on Labor day weekend. I made a call to Precision, they sent a represenative( Alana), she then called and had a reparman( Tyler) come out. He was able to do the repair on the spot!!! This was all done in a matter of 6 Hours from the time I called to a finished job! WOW!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Alana M was the representative that came to my home. Alana is by far the best person I have ever had at my home that explained a product without being pushy or tell me what I wanted. I bought my house one year ago and it did need to have several things repaired, I have had several companies come to my home to give me estimates on service. I never bought from the first estimate, but I did with this product. I had researched for doors with all companies, I seen the commercials on TV for Precision - one thing that stood out for me was 24/7 service. Precision door representative Alana, had the most knowledge about her product, answering all of my questions by showing me pictures of how the end product would look on my home. I did buy this product from the first person that came to my home, thanks to how Alana presented herself and the product.
