i am very satisfied, even though I wasn't expecting to replace the garage door opener. But your technician David Hejduk made me realize that a new opener was the best solution. The Genie opener he installed is fantastic and he done a great job doing it. Everything he done for us is greatly appreciated!

After another company failed to show up, I called Precision Door Service and was greeted with GREAT customer service. An appointment was available within hours of my call. An email with of the request and who would be coming was sent instantly which included a photo of all the technicians, in case a different tech was able to get to me sooner. A phone call was received when the tech was in route. Adam H was tech, he arrived when he said he would, he was polite, friendly and respectful to me an my property. Adam provided me a 3 options in a written quote and reviewed each one with me. The garage door was repaired in no time. Adam then reviewed the work he had completed, by physically showing me and verbally explaining it to me and reviewed the warranty. Thank you for helping make a bad day better. :)

I was extremely impressed with Johnathon and the company as a whole. We called for service around 10:30 AM and he was here just after 11 and the job was completed by noon. Johnathon and his partner were extremely professional in assessing the issue and giving me final say on replacing some of the parts. I would highly recommend to anyone needing garage door service

Our 19 year old door started to act weird so it was time for upgrade. Our neighbors said to give Precision doors a call. Technician Derek came and explained what is causing the problem we were dealing with. He also recommended what would be the best option for us, so we went with his recommendation. Michael B was the technician. He called and estimated his arrival time and actually made it - doesn't happen often with our service calls! He listened very carefully and tried to accommodate our concerns each step of the way. He stayed until he was sure the new keypad, both cars and the phone app were all updated and ready to go. Though we were told how expensive you were, I have no problem paying for quality service and we feel we got our money's worth.

Our garage door began acting oddly by not wanting to go all the way up. On a Tuesday we called Precision and on Wednesday (the next day) they sent Mr. Jeff Johnson to our house to give us an estimate for a new door or a possible repair. We discussed the situation and my wife and I decided to purchase new doors. He took measurements and said that new doors would be installed on Friday. The whole process took only three days. Mr. Lashad Lake arrived at the house the next day and installed a Single door and also the Double door. The experience, and mannerism of these two people are top notch. I would recommend the Precision company and these two employees to everyone.

My experience with Precision Garage Door has far exceeded my expectations on both the business and service aspect as well as the quality of products offered. They were able to schedule someone to come out same day, and the technician, Derek was above and beyond a great representation of your company. This is someone who pays attention to detail, and truly enjoys his job and what he does… it’s not just a job. He cares about the homeowners, is respectful, immediately made me feel comfortable, supported educating me on maintenance of our garage door system, and did an extraordinary job with the repair. Derek was great! He called and arrived early. He worked with my mom and me to get the garage door fixed the same day at a price she could afford. It was on a Sunday. I thought the door would need to be replaced but he repaired it and it works perfectly. I would definitely recommend Derek!

My Garage door was ran into and 2 panels damaged. I called Precision and within 4 hours Tim Tomlinson showed up and very and evaluated the damage. He was very professional and within 10 minutes had an estimated repair cost and timeframe for new panels being ordered / installed. This is the first time I have used Precision and thus far have been extremely impressed with their response time and work ethics.

Listen up!! I usually don’t do these. Let me say BEST customer service and Technician experience(any trade)in a long time. John was very knowledgeable and cared about how we felt and how not to pressure us into purchasing anything. He explained the problem, and how he could fix it, but here is why it keeps happening. He walked us through and explained the why, and solutions. We have had many problems with the openers and springs breaking this was the fifth time since we built the house. We now have the proper openers and springs that should of been installed by the other guys! Not to mention extremely quiet with new technology to open and close and monitor. Thanks again John and Precision!!!

Came home from a cruise to our garage door not working. I submitted a request for a same day appointment and within a few minutes, a wonderful lady gave me a call back to confirm a time that day and to gather a little more detail on the issue. David S. gave me a call about 15min before he arrived to make sure it was still a good time to come by. That alone was a great start because most places, though they tell you they'll call before they arrive, they don't. When David showed up, he was friendly, professional and personable. He listened to what was going on with our garage door and inspected everything, not just diagnosing the problem. After explaining and showing me what was wrong with our garage door, he went above and beyond in making sure I knew what all of my options were, giving me his professional advice, being transparent with recommendations and what he has seen happen with openers like mine that was about 30yrs old. We opted to have a new opener installed, he gave me an ETA and quote and got right to work. He exceeded any expectations I could've had. He programmed our remotes, keypad, walked me through setting up the Genie app and making sure everything was working correctly, explained things to me to make sure I knew exactly how everything worked.
