Excellent service by Chaz with the assistance of Kayne. They came quickly to my house to fix my grade door coils. Very professional, thorough work; all costs were presented and explained beforehand. This made the process easier and without surprises. My garage door was done and working within an hour.

The door that Precision installed a couple of years ago started making a load noise when closing. Joe W. quickly discovered the problem - the door was hitting the opener arm on its way down. He adjusted the arm higher and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. Excellent work.

first time using this company but all the reviews i read were accurate. From the time i called til the project was finished, we were completely happy with entire process. This company epitomizes customer with quality service and quality people! Dustin called ahead to letus know he was on his way and he arrived with in time-frame we were given. He was personable, explained what he was doing and answered my questions ..he was polite and conversational and he did a great job. I needed to walk my dogs and felt completely comfortable doing so as Dustin knew what he was doing and I felt confident in his reliability and trust-worthiness. I couldn’t get the garage door up. I remembered the TV add about Precision. I called and given a time frame for the same day Within 45 min from me calling I received a call they were on their way. My door was ok. just wanted to have someone hold my hand so to speak. Made noises was advised they were normal. New door was installed 14 months ago by another company. They would not return my phone calls. Precision came out the next day and lubed the door. Thanks for you honesty .

My garage door was having issues for at least two years and my husband finally called Precision. David and Chaz came out and were very nice, friendly and helpful. David helped me understand what was wrong with the opener and the door. He quoted me for everything but made me feel like there was zero pressure to do anything. When i chose to fix the immediate problem he didn’t recommend or chastise me for only fixing the immediate problem. Gave me pointers on how to keep the door intact and told me to call if the door broke. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you

I couldn’t be happier, they gave me a 4 hour window and they were actually there an hour earlier. The problem was diagnosed quickly and I was given options on what I wanted to do. The technician was Dmitri Sierra, he was so professional and very pleasant, he treated me with respect and explained things in detail then let me choose what I wanted to do. He had the problem fixed within and hour. I appreciated Dmitri and his demeanor with me, he was so polite. And they had the parts I needed in his van. Thank you if I have issues or need a new door I know who to call.

Our technician was Patrick M. Technician showed up on time and was curious and friendly. I was a little surprised at the cost of the repair. But if it lasts as long as they claim it will, It will work itself out over time. My wife and I decided to go with Precision because of their TV commercials and they did not disappoint.
