I discovered that my garage door was not working at approx. 1:00PM this afernoon. By 1:30 PM I conracted Precision Garage Door Service and a Precision serviceman arrived at my house shortly after 2:00 PM. By 3:00 PM new springs were istalled and the door was functioning well. After a brief but thorough discussion regarding optimal garage door maintenance, the serviceman departed, leaving behind a very satisfied customer.

I called Precision on Wednesday to schedule a repair for a broken spring on my garage door. Technician David Morgan was sent out to inspect the issue and provide an estimate. Technician David Morgan did a superior job. He showed up promptly, was courteous and friendly, and saved me a lot of money. He checked your records and found that when we got a new garage door in 2022, the spring was still under warranty, so he replaced the broken spring for free. After finding the broken spring this morning, his service was a very welcome surprise. Please give the man a raise!

I had a garage door opener that was circa 1970. Complete failure and need of replacement. Of course on a Sunday. David was my technician and he was fantastic. I had my call returned, service scheduled and David was on-site BEFORE I received any returned calls from other potential purveyors. WOW! I am still not used to the quiet operation of my new opener (in contrast to the Army Tank-like sounds of my old one!) David is fantastic.

My garage door was making a noise when closing. The service rep, David Morgan diagnosed the problem and made some adjustments, which fixed the issue. I had purchased the garage door late 2023 so technically it was out of warranty. David said it was a minor adjustment and there would be no charge which is almost unheard of these days for a service call. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially want to commend David for his friendly and knowledgeable service.

Scheduled at 9pm at night online. Got a text message at 7:20am that a tech would be headed my way shortly. Got a call from the tech at 7:44 that he was 20-25 minutes away. He arrived explained the repairs and in 10 minutes had an estimate ready. he said it would take about 1 hour and 45 minutes later he was done. Very happy with prompt service and that he had everything needed in his van.
