Our garage door was fully replaced a few years ago and began to break down prematurely. The springs and bearing all wore out fast. The door was becoming loud and finally gave out. Matt E. Came and quickly identified the issues and completely the repairs quickly. The door functions again and is very quiet now. Very satisfied with the service.

We had several issues going on with our garage door. Precision was able to get our problems resolved the same day that we called. Matt Eberly was their tech that came to our home and he provided us with explanations we could easily understand on what the various problems were and options we had to correct. Matt was professional and committed to doing a good job for us. He was even able to use our previous Genie remotes and set them up to also work with the new unit which helps our family with 3 drivers so everyone has access to open both garage doors. We had a good experience with Precision and will call them again if another issue comes up with our garage doors.

My Service person was Matt. He was very knowledgable on the garage door. He was very easy to talk with and he explained all the problems and why I had all the noises from the cracked hinges to bad rollers. I would highly recommend him. This was an easy and comfortable process. I reached out for an inspection and possible repair related to the noise and rattling on my aging garage door openers. Scheduling (and rescheduling) through the chat was a breeze. Matt contacted me ahead of time, as promised, and arrived right on time. After a thorough evaluation, he presented me with no-pressure options to fix the problems now or later. I opted to proceed with new openers and rollers. The work was done quietly and efficiently with good communication of the progress throughout. I'm thrilled with the finished product.

Precision Garage Door came to our rescue! While we knew the spring broke on the garage door Friday night, we thought we'd be able to manually lift it on Saturday. So when the prior garage door repair company we called didn't get back with us - and we found out we couldn't life the door Saturday morning, I looked for another answer in a panic. Precision was the first company to show up when I Googled garage door repair. I saw 24/7 hours and same day service and called right away. We were given a repair window of 12-4 when I called in at 11 AM. While I wish the repair could have been immediate, when they showed up within 2 hours (at 1 PM), I was quite pleased. The tech looked over the situation, gave me some options on the spring and other fixes/maintenance needed - and had everything with them to do the work when I authorized all services. They were done within the 1.5 hour gestimate they provided and it came time to pay. I have no idea if the pricing is competitive as I didn't have the luxury of getting 3 estimates. I had to cancel one appointment when my car was held hostage by the garage door, I only hoped to set it free in time for the other plans I had that day. The Precision workers were wonderful - efficient, professional and nice to speak to. I highly recommend you give them a call - especially if you're in a pinch. As a follow up - the other company finally returned our call after we'd made the appointment with Precision. As it turns out - they would not have been able to get to us same day. Needless to say, I won't be calling on that company again!
