I called at 2:00pm hoping to get an appointment next week. They were at my home by 4:30. My garage door was making a noise when I opened or shut it. Matt was very informative as to what was going on with my door and even showed me things I could do to protect my door and maintenance I could do to keep it in the best operating condition. He understood that being a widow, we have to learn to do things for ourselves. He was patient, considerate and was not afraid of my 75lb Doberman who took to him right away. Animals are the best judges of character. I have always appreciated Precision Garage Door's excellent service and quick turn around times. I am glad we selected them when we had our first garage door issue.

We had Precision install our garage door a couple years ago. We followed up with the annual tune up this year. Matt, our technician checked to door and opener for any issues. He put roller lube on the rollers, checked the open several times and advised we were in good shape.
