Matt Eberly did an awesome job! I had a spring break on one of my garage doors. The garage door opener was just a couple of years old. He replaced the whole system (minus the opener) in about an hour. Everything works as it should now. He came out last April for a different garage door. Replaced the entire system including the opener. Did a really awesome job both times!! Keep up the awesome!

Matt was very informative as to what was going on with my door and even showed me things I could do to protect my door and maintenance I could do to keep it in the best operating condition. He understood that being a widow, we have to learn to do things for ourselves. He was patient, considerate and was not afraid of my 75lb Doberman who took to him right away. We had Precision install our garage door a couple years ago. We followed up with the annual tune up this year. Matt, our technician checked to door and opener for any issues. He put roller lube on the rollers, checked the open several times and advised we were in good shape.
