From the time I made the. Call to the time they was done was very impressive. I call them at 10 and they scheduled it the same day at 2 to 6 Matt called me about 330 and said he was going to be there in 40 mins. When he arrived he was great explained everything step by step and got the door working In the same day I would recommend them to any one. Have not recy customer service that good for a long time . Want to thank everyone I spoke with and Matt is a valuable asset to your team. Thank you again

We had a situation with our garage door that required immediate attention. Called the folks at Precision, they were able to become townhouse, even on a a Saturday, within a few hours. Repair was completed, Matt was professional, courteous, and efficient. He presented the options for the repairs, please note there was no sales pressure. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and for a competitive price

I called Precision Garage Door Service today at 2:30pm and they had someone at my house at 3:45pm! Matt Eberly was our technician, and I can't say enough great things about him! He was personable, professional, and got to work so quickly! He was able to fix the motor to our garage in under an hour. Matt Eberly came to my house within 2 hours after I called in my problem to Precision Garage Doors on Saturday. Matt was very professional and had everything with him to fix my door issues. the entire repair took less than 1 1/2 hours. Hello Precision: Our service technician was Matt -- he did an absolutely GREAT job. Our repair job was somewhat involved, and Matt took the time and effort to explain it in full detail to include 1. the problem itself ( there were actually several problems ) 2. options the customer had to fix. 3. repair costs. 4. Follow up information, i.e., contact numbers, warranties, etc. The bottom line -- Matt is certainly a keeper and THANK YOU. RICK HIGGINS

We had a great experience with Precision Door. From the first call to our Saturday service appointment, they were polite & professional. I got a call about 10 minutes before our Technician was at our door. He arrived in a company-marked vehicle which was great. Our service tech, Matt, went above and beyond my expectations by ensuring we had a complete understanding of the work that needed to be done before he started the repairs. He took pictures to show us exactly where the problems were occurring and, could likely happen in the future. Overall, I am so pleased that I called Precision Door!
