In the past we had Precision Door come and fix one of our garage doors. And Matt Eberly did an excellent job and even checked our other door and said it was fine but in a couple years or so would probably need work. He was so right. This morning that one broke called them and was down and it was Matt. As before Efficient explained and showed us what all happened. He is very kind, respectful and does excellent work. It was easy to set up a time online. Once the appointment was set I received a text from the technician giving me an estimated time on when they would arrive. I also got a call when they were headed my way and would arrive in 15 min. The technician (Trevor Derifield) was very polite and after his initial assessment, he explained everything to me. At this point, I was able to choose the items that I wanted completed. When he completed the repairs, he walked me thru and showed everything that was fixed. I never thought my garage door could be so quiet! I am very happy with the technician and the service I was given on this project.

We needed weather stripping for the bottom of the garage door. They came out during the period of time that they had scheduled and inspected the door. It was determined that we needed parts of the door that warned and should be replaced. The tech proposed a repair work list and we agreed to replace the needed parts. They had the parts for the repair on the truck and did the repair. The repair was done in about two hours and we were very satisfied.
