We needed weather stripping for the bottom of the garage door. They came out during the period of time that they had scheduled and inspected the door. It was determined that we needed parts of the door that warned and should be replaced. The tech proposed a repair work list and we agreed to replace the needed parts. They had the parts for the repair on the truck and did the repair. The repair was done in about two hours and we were very satisfied.

There was no follow-up, no quote for future work, and no value provided in exchange for the fee. It felt less like a professional service and more like a transactional visit designed to collect payment without delivering results. I believe in compensating businesses fairly for their time and expertise, but this experience fell short of even the most basic standards of customer care. I would strongly advise others to seek alternative providers who prioritize transparency, accountability, and genuine service.
