Alex, the technician, arrived soon after I called. He assessed the problems and explained my options to fix them. He then did the new installation in a timely fashion and talked me through all the new parts and how to use them. He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Very happy I used Precision!!

I had my door opener, cable, and springs replaced. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and the technician was easy to work with -- professional, pleasant and efficient. After doing a check on the equipment, he provided options and I was able to make a quick decision. Everything was done within a couple of hours. Thanks for a great buying experience!

I called on a Saturday afternoon when we couldn’t get our garage door opened. We had a technician there within a couple of hours. He repaired the spring (?) roller. Nice guy. Seemed incredibly competent and efficient. I would recommend highly!

We originally contacted Precision Door because our neighbor recommended you. After submitting a form online, we were contacted promptly to schedule an in-person consultation. Our door designer, Megan, helped us select a new garage door. From the moment she arrived, she listened to our needs, and was quick to direct us to a door that fit both our requests and our budget. She was friendly, helpful, and did everything she could to help us find the right garage doors. We're now awaiting the install of our new doors.

I would have given this review 5 stars, but I have to say the only thing I'm not impressed with is the repair cost. It was extremely expensive to fix at over $ 1200. I realize not every repair is the same, and not every garage door is the same - but we had a little sticker shock when we were told how much it would be. We really didn't have time to call around for more quotes not knowing if they would have everything they needed as well as availability. We needed to get this done asap because we couldn't get our cars out of the garage. Now for the pros, there are several: The service, the friendliness of the person that came by for the repair, and the 7 year warranty make it all worth it though. Also, he came with everything he needed to fix our garage door and was punctual and polite.

I chatted with a support agent at 8:00 AM and at 10:30 AM a residential technician (Alex Eliopoulos) showed up to review my garage door situation. He gave me an acceptable estimate to install a garage door opener. The opener was installed by 4:00 PM. I could not be happier with Alex's professionalism and knowledge. And I like the opener too.

Precision helped me twice before with prompt repair service of a 28 year old garage door. So, they were my go-to-company for a new door. There was no sales pressure to get most expensive door. Installation was done within 1 and 1/2 weeks from placement of order. Install took 3 hours. Great work!

David Crowe and his young assistant did a marvelous job. They were on time, professional and efficient. They listened to my garage door concerns. David diagnosed the problems, gave options to fix the problems, estimated the cost and the time it would take to finish the job. Upon completion, David explained how to operate the LINEAR LDCO 800 DC Drive. David and his young sidekick made a great team. I am very pleased with my new, straight, perfectly functioning, soft whispering garage door and opener! Thanks Guys

My garage door spring broke and I called Precision Door. Alex wasout in 2 hours and we discussed options and after talking it over decided to do a small repair ourselves since the garage will not be around for much longer before we rebuild one (very old). Alex was great and would definitely recommend to anyone, and when I do need my new garage doors I will use them!

I had an emergency repair on my overhead door. I was very impressed with the employee that came out. He was very knowledgeable, and in a matter of minutes he assured me the problem was not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. Tom, the employee, was very polite and he spoke highly of your company. He shared A story of a memorable moment that he had when he had worked for the company in Florida. Tom had the job completed in no time, and he checked the door a few times to ensure that it was functioning correctly. He is a great asset to your company! I was surprised of what I considered a low cost for the service call / repair also.

I saw your ad on TV. My garage door was not always closing the way its supposed to. Your repair man said it was probably 17 years old. I figured he was probably right. So its replaced with a quieter, more efficient one. I even had a wall mounted security control installed in case someone needs to get in like the police or fire dept. They can go in through the garage (if I remember to leave the back door unlocked.) My installer was friendly and efficient.

I called this morning and service man called and was at my home at appointed time. We decided to replace the opener completely. He programed all my remotes and both cars. Very good service neat and tidy. Payment and statements were all handled professionally. I would recommend this company in the future.

Precision was very responsive with rapid service and new unit installation. The door works well, is very quiet and the phone app for entry will be a positive for our family. Unfortunately I was unprepared for the 20% additional cost, or about $150, on the final invoice for a new track, fleet transportation and additional supplies. Apparently the verbal quote on which I made my decision was for the unit and openers only. It's unlikely I would have proceeded with the installation if I'd been made aware of the full cost as the initial service call fee is quite nominal; and costs from the onset were significantly higher than those provided by big box stores. It can be argued the Liftmaster is a better quality, and Precisions immediate and quality service is of value, but in the end the final cost was not disclosed prior to installation. Consumer bummer.
