I really appreciate the professionalism and care given to me by your employees. The motor on my garage door opener (26 years old) finally died. Did not consider advertising. Got Precision's name via google. Tom was prompt and knowlegeable. He gave me a figure to replace my door opener. The new opener and necessary parts were in his truck. The job was done an hour or so later, only a few hours after my first call to Precison. The new opener works well. "Please let us know...." what? I give the job done and Tom 5s.

Outstanding, from start to finish. I think I saw your ad on TV, yesterday, but not sure what channel. I thought yeah, that's something I've been wanting to do. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected the door system and said the opening spring was not correct for the door. He replaced the spring and properly secured the open track back on the wall and lubed and adjusted the door. I hired Precision this time because several years ago the wire broke and someone from Precision came and fixed it. He was professional and I liked it. Since then I have hired other company/handyman to fix different problems. Now it was time to get a new garage door, my house is almost 30 years old, and I chose Precision and I am glad I did. They called me ahead and got here on time. They wore clean uniform and very polite. Their job was done without any debris. Friendly attitude and sincere. Ead arrived on time, diagnosed our problem - a broken spring that was installed 25 years ago in 1995 resulting in a broken cable. Ead professionally completed his work replacing both springs and installing new cables and ball bearings in a couple of hours. Thanks, Ead!!

I called Precision after finding a broken torsion spring and also because I suspected that the 18 year old door opener had kicked the bucket. My appointment was set and kept the same day. Tom Palmer was the technician who repaired the door and installed a new door opener. He answered all my questions thoroughly, gave me a clear cost estimate and got right to work after I gave the OK to proceed. Less than three hours later I had a perfectly functioning garage door. Tom explained how to operate things correctly and took away all the replaced materials. It's nice to find someone and a company that deserves a five star rating. In my case they earned it. Thanks.

Emily quoted me $64-$118 per torsion spring, installed (listen to your recorded call), no service fee if work was done. I repeated torsion springs a few times & wrote it all down. She also said the tech would give me the actual quote for everything needed, but $118 was the most for a torsion spring. Very surprised when it was $180 per torsion spring (w/discount).. I advised what Emily said, but was told that is for the regular springs on side & she must have thought I meant those. I made sure Emily knew it was torsion springs on top, I specifically asked several times. She checked again & said yes, the torsion springs on top. So 2 torsion springs and 3 bearings was $559.00, that was with $100 discount. Not even the best coated torsion springs, just the basic. I feel Emily deceived me. The tech was nice & knew what he was doing. Your people that make appointments should give actual prices when asked. I was caught off guard. Needed new rollers too but it would have costs $900. Given 3 stars because Emily was deceptive. People want to know ahead of time, an estimate. Imagine if I had been elderly & on a fixed income. Please train your phone staff to be more transparent.

The yellow pages indicated repair would be soon - and we had two cars imprisoned inside. Someone came within two hours. (Our troubleshooting had produced no results.) Sorry, we have no paperwork so I can't tell you all that was done - more than springs. We now have a van where the tech couldn't program in the new opener information and AN OUTDOOR KEYPAD THAT DOESN'T RESPOND TO THE NUMBERS WE HAD PROGRAMED IN and no "clicker" for inside use. He did work efficiently and explained things as he went. Now to get our credit card accepted. Mary Anne

It was time to replace my 28 yr old opener when I got tired of shaking my car remote to get it to work. Since Precision did a great job on replacing my garage door a few yrs ago, I decided to contact them again. My appt time was 8am-10am Thursday 2/13 and I received a phone call at 0745 informing me they were on their way. Bob and Tom arrived shortly thereafter on this cold and snowing day. They showed me all my options with prices and even offered to try to find a car remote for my old one. After answering all my questions I chose the new one I wanted. They got to work, installed the new one and went over all the features and how to use it. Bob also shoveled my driveway and sidewalks!! I could've asked for a better team or experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or call this company again. In this day and age it's hard to find a company like this. Thanks again for a job well done.

This has nothing to do with the service guy cuz he was nice but he basically said I can't fix the spring on this system so I can convert it to another system for a fortune. Nothing on the website told me that they wouldn't be able to fix my problem yet I am supposed to pay them 55 bucks anyway. Seems like a racket to me.

We received excellent service. We got the overhaul package. There was a very slight opening when we closed the door and Tim came right back and made the adjustments needed for the door to close completely.

David came on a very cold Sunday morning to look at our garage door that had come off the tracks and the lower panel was bent. He quickly told us that the same door was not available and we would need to replace all three garage doors. Earlier my son-in-law had removed the bottom panel and was attempting to straighten it with some success. David helped him straighten it out and reassemble the door. He replaced the rollers and cables. Door looks great. My son-in-law commented that he enjoyed working with David.
