Dustin Keaton came out on fairly short notice. He was extremely responsible and helpful from start to finish. He laid out all options for our garage door repair and once we made a decision he offered to stay late to get it completed that night. He went way above and beyond and it was a tremendous experience.

Our friend's car was stuck in her garage (we are responsible for her property) and, she needed to get it out to be able to get to work on Monday. We tried everything to get it out and the garage door would not open. So, we called Precision Garage Door. Everything was completed in a most efficient and timely fashion and Derek Mason is a wonderful representative for your company. The first thing he did for us was to get her car out of the garage which really eased our minds. He thoroughly inspected the garage door and, he gave us several options on what could be done to fix the problem. He explained each option to us and allowed us to choose which one best suited our needs. Then he went to work. He worked extremely hard to make sure everything was perfect. We chose your company because of the advertising we have seen on television. You have a first-class operation from the time we called to explain our situation, to the end result. Thank You for making this a very wonderful experience.

I have used Precision several times previously and have always been happy with their service. This time was no exception. Mat E. was my tech and he worked hard to find a solution to my broken door. Unfortunately, the door was damaged beyond the point of repair, so he helped me come up with a temporary solution until a door can installed.

The service representative was very friendly and helpful. More importantly he was honest. What I thought was a problem was not and he told me that. Instead of charging me for a repair I did not need, I paid for a service call and received some good information about my garage door and the motor that I am using. Precision Garage Door company did an excellent job. The technician replaced the garage door opener, the springs, 3 ball bearings and installed a key pad. The service rep, Tim T who came out was prompt; called ahead He was clear and up front about the charges for the services before starting. He cleaned up all the packing materials and took away the old opener and springs. He also took the time to make sure I knew how each item worked. I feel the pricing was right. I was looking for peace of mind and Precision provided it.

Absolutely amazing!!! Worth every penny! The service provided, not only fixing all the issues, but the customer service as well is the best I have received in a long time. Derek was wonderful, efficient with all our issues, and knowledgeable. He came out to fix a broken spring and ended up fixing so much more for us. He did a great job of providing me with all of the options, the pros and cons of each, and let us make the decision with no pressure. I cannot speak highly enough about Derek and Precision Door.

I called Precision on Sunday and was treated courteously in scheduling a repair for Monday. Walker F. responded as scheduled for an evening appointment to service a broken spring on our garage door. He inspected the door and door opener and pointed out several issues with the 14 year-old mechanism that were potential wear/failure concerns. He gave us multiple options and price points for replacement of the springs as well as replacement of the drums, cables and rollers. He did not push us on any option, and we decided to do the full repair which included a 7 year warranty. He did the complete job in about 90 minutes during which we had a delightful discussion. The repair was pristine and the door was quieter than ever. He even came back the next day to drop off a can of spray lubricant because the one he was going to give us was defective. We were very happy with the time Walker spent with us. We highly recommend Walker/Precision to anyone experiencing problems with their garage door/opener. Price is fair for quality work and solid warranty!
