Adam was very professional and called to say when he would arrive. This was an old garage door opener but he said looked new inside. He figured out that it was probably the older springs. The springs were on the truck and he gave me a price and it was less then what I expected. Now the garage door works great !

If you need of a new garage door or repair of existing door, I highly recommend Precision Door! I had a new garage door installed about one year ago. There were no high pressure sales techniques, they didn't try to upsell me, and the cost was extremely competitive. Yesterday, my son crashed into the bottom of the overhead door. We immediately called Precision and their tech arrived around 9:00 AM (the next day) and was able to repair the door. The sales force and technicians are highly trained professionals and I will surely contact them for future services. Thank you, Megan and Ead, you're a great team.

My entire experience was great! I was able to have someone come to repair my garage door the morning after my call, they came and gave me 3 options; Good, Better and Best. I went with the "Best" option as I didn't want a quick fix, but wanted a long term solution. I have a 7 year warranty, and the garage door is so much quieter when going up or down! I also won't worry about the garage door falling down on my cars in the garage! Thank you!!!

I have used Precision Garage Door Service before that is why I called for help. I was able to get a appointment right away. Dave and Adam showed up and they will never understand what their kindness meant to me. Even though Jason was busy, he took time to answer my questions, give me an estimate on a new garage door, and get me scheduled for an appointment. He was very kind, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Without him I wouldn’t have agreed to do business with your company.

Spring broke on my garage door and called on a Sunday and had someone out the next day. Tim called me to let me know he was on the way to make sure I was home. Tim looked at the broken spring and walked me through his repair recommendations giving me multiple options. Once I gave him the option to fix the springs he completed the repair in 1 hour and then walked me through the completed job and warranty info. I will definitely use Tim and Precision again for any garage door needs I may have.
