My name is Tom Palmer. I've lived in Grove City all of my life. I have a 19 year old son and a 15 year old daughter. I have previously worked in the residential construction business. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach and working on anything from dirtbikes and motorcycles, to race cars and trucks.

I am very pleased with the response and service. Timely and efficient. The doors work quietly and my new opener is very smooth. The price was certainly acceptable. Had new springs and a new opener installed, as well as tracking fixed. The technician was friendly and did everything necessary.

I’m pleased with my 8x18 garage door and opener installed 2 1/2 years ago. Installers were professional and did a good job. My only concern is my springs wore out in 2 1/2 years under normal use. Time will tell if the springs where under sized or defective.

Excellent! From Chelsea who coordinated my service call to Tom who handled my service. My issue was quickly and efficiently resolved and both individuals were completely professional. I was very surprised to hear from my wife that your Technician (Tom Palmer) came into my house twice without a mask even though Franklin County is under a mandatory mask order and wearing a mask to protect my 62 year old wife would have been the least I would have expected. Very disappointed in this. All the work was done rapidly and professionally and the garage door works perfectly now. The cost was higher than I expected, but I did not have time to take bids and cannot say if it was above the market or not. My low rating is based strictly on your employees total disregard for my wife's safety and health.

I called and a serviceman was at my home in about three hours. I thought it would be a repair, but I needed a new system. The garage door opener was 20 1/2 years old. Tom installed the new system. This is my first time using Precision and I would call them again.

I had an emergency repair on my overhead door. I was very impressed with the employee that came out. He was very knowledgeable, and in a matter of minutes he assured me the problem was not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. Tom, the employee, was very polite and he spoke highly of your company. He shared A story of a memorable moment that he had when he had worked for the company in Florida. Tom had the job completed in no time, and he checked the door a few times to ensure that it was functioning correctly. He is a great asset to your company! I was surprised of what I considered a low cost for the service call / repair also.

I saw your ad on TV. My garage door was not always closing the way its supposed to. Your repair man said it was probably 17 years old. I figured he was probably right. So its replaced with a quieter, more efficient one. I even had a wall mounted security control installed in case someone needs to get in like the police or fire dept. They can go in through the garage (if I remember to leave the back door unlocked.) My installer was friendly and efficient.

I called this morning and service man called and was at my home at appointed time. We decided to replace the opener completely. He programed all my remotes and both cars. I really appreciate the professionalism and care given to me by your employees. The motor on my garage door opener (26 years old) finally died. You guys were able to come to my home the same day; explain to me what the problem was and outfit me with a new garage door opener that I was comfortable with. Your installer went over all of the features and warranty of my new opener and told me not to hesitate to call if I needed. Please pass on my sincere appreciation to your team.

My service tech Tom arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and thorough in determining the problem with my garage door opener. He repaired it and even did a quick maintenance check and oiled the springs to make sure the garage door operated more smoothly. I really appreciated the extra effort and although this time I only needed a new garage door remote, I will definitely us Precision Garage Door when the need arises.

Did not consider advertising. Got Precision's name via google. Tom was prompt and knowlegeable. He gave me a figure to replace my door opener. The new opener and necessary parts were in his truck. The job was done an hour or so later, only a few hours after my first call to Precison. The new opener works well. "Please let us know...." what? I give the job done and Tom 5s.

I hired Precision this time because several years ago the wire broke and someone from Precision came and fixed it. He was professional and I liked it. Since then I have hired other company/handyman to fix different problems. Now it was time to get a new garage door, my house is almost 30 years old, and I chose Precision and I am glad I did. They called me ahead and got here on time. They wore clean uniform and very polite. Their job was done without any debris. Friendly attitude and sincere. I liked their invoice very detail and easy to understand. I definitely hire them next time I have issues on garage door. Thank you so much. I couldn't stop smiling when I see my new garage door. It's beautiful!

Next day service, tech was on-time, very polite and friendly, was conscious of the social distancing protocols right now with COVID-19.
