My name is Tom Palmer. I've lived in Grove City all of my life. I have a 19 year old son and a 15 year old daughter. I have previously worked in the residential construction business. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach and working on anything from dirtbikes and motorcycles, to race cars and trucks.

My service tech Tom arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and thorough in determining the problem with my garage door opener. He repaired it and even did a quick maintenance check and oiled the springs to make sure the garage door operated more smoothly. I really appreciated the extra effort and although this time I only needed a new garage door remote, I will definitely us Precision Garage Door when the need arises.

Did not consider advertising. Got Precision's name via google. Tom was prompt and knowlegeable. He gave me a figure to replace my door opener. The new opener and necessary parts were in his truck. The job was done an hour or so later, only a few hours after my first call to Precison. The new opener works well. "Please let us know...." what? I give the job done and Tom 5s.

I hired Precision this time because several years ago the wire broke and someone from Precision came and fixed it. He was professional and I liked it. Since then I have hired other company/handyman to fix different problems. Now it was time to get a new garage door, my house is almost 30 years old, and I chose Precision and I am glad I did. They called me ahead and got here on time. They wore clean uniform and very polite. Their job was done without any debris. Friendly attitude and sincere. I liked their invoice very detail and easy to understand. I definitely hire them next time I have issues on garage door. Thank you so much. I couldn't stop smiling when I see my new garage door. It's beautiful!

Next day service, tech was on-time, very polite and friendly, was conscious of the social distancing protocols right now with COVID-19. Tech gave me some options for my repair, and completed the repairs in under 2 hours. Gave me a final overview of the repairs and upgrades. Payment with a reader that accepts security chips which is a good security plus. Over all, everything about this was great! Thanks

I called Precision after finding a broken torsion spring and also because I suspected that the 18 year old door opener had kicked the bucket. My appointment was set and kept the same day. Tom Palmer was the technician who repaired the door and installed a new door opener. He answered all my questions thoroughly, gave me a clear cost estimate and got right to work after I gave the OK to proceed. Less than three hours later I had a perfectly functioning garage door. Tom explained how to operate things correctly and took away all the replaced materials. It's nice to find someone and a company that deserves a five star rating. In my case they earned it. Thanks.

We had precision door service repair the springs and wheels previously on our garage door. So it was an easy choice when the opener decided to die on who to call for service. Precision door was quick to respond. Gave me several choices and completed the job fast with a great product. The new opener is so much quieter than the old opener. I felt the technician , Tom, did an outstanding job repairing my broken garage door spring by replacing both springs with the better quality springs, and giving the door a full needed tune up to include new torsion cables, ball bearing flanges, new rollers, plus checked the whole door system for problems. I felt he was very knowledgeable took pride in doing top quality work and represented the company well. I would recommend this company for your garage door needs and repairs. I will call this company again when needed.

It was time to replace my 28 yr old opener when I got tired of shaking my car remote to get it to work. Since Precision did a great job on replacing my garage door a few yrs ago, I decided to contact them again. My appt time was 8am-10am Thursday 2/13 and I received a phone call at 0745 informing me they were on their way. Bob and Tom arrived shortly thereafter on this cold and snowing day. They showed me all my options with prices and even offered to try to find a car remote for my old one. After answering all my questions I chose the new one I wanted. They got to work, installed the new one and went over all the features and how to use it. Bob also shoveled my driveway and sidewalks!! I could've asked for a better team or experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or call this company again. In this day and age it's hard to find a company like this. Thanks again for a job well done.

Our garage door broke on a Saturday of course. We called our regular garage door service company but no answer. I googled garage door companies in Westerville and precision came up. I read reviews and they were very good. I called the company hoping I could get someone out within a few days and was pleasantly surprised that a technician could come out on Sunday at no extra weekend fee. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. Unfortunately because our unit was 23 years old we needed a new opener. Tim went right to work and was done in no time. He was kind and friendly and fast. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Precision to anyone with a garage door issue.

Precision answered the call promptly and arranged for a service representative to visit that day. Very knowledgeable technician replaced springs and coils put in new rollers. There was not much room to work and the tech was understandinging and was happy we were able to clear some room for him. After the job was done you could not tell he was there, I believe leaving a clean job site directly results in the quality of work performed. Thanks precision garage door

I Googled garage door repair then went to the Precision site to review. I called the company at 9am because our garage door spring cable snapped and the technician was at our home by 9:15. It took about one hour to repair and based upon the response and quality service provided I will call Precision again when the second of of our three spring door cables needs replacing

As always, Precision door service is the best. What can go wrong on a Halloween night? Plenty, if the garage door brackets break, and one is not able to get the cars out for the following morning. Precision Door was wonderful and sent Tom out on an emergency call to fix our door. I really appreciate the professionalism and care given to me by your employees. The motor on my garage door opener (26 years old) finally died. You guys were able to come to my home the same day; explain to me what the problem was and outfit me with a new garage door opener that I was comfortable with.
