This company is the very best!! They were able to get to our home the very same day we called. Since we had an older spring system that needed special parts, we opted to replace it. He got it done in about 90 minutes. Very nice and very professional. Will definitely use them again if our other older door breaks. We highly recommend Precision!!

This is the only firm to answer their phone after 5. Our coil broke and they were out first call next day. Tom was professional and courteous and explained the problem and several options. The door works like new and we are extremely satisfied with their service.

One of our door springs broken trapping a car inside. I called at 9:30PM - tech was there at 11:45AM the next day for a promised 12-4PM repair window. Tom the technician was very friendly and got our broken spring fixed quickly. I would have Tom back any time. Probably a little more expensive than I would have thought (that is why only 4 out of 5 stars), but overall a very smooth process with good people.

I was very pleased the technician was able to come sooner than scheduled. He was very polite and respectful. He explained the problem with my garage door in a manner that I would understand. Tom came out and inspected the overall door, told me what he felt needed replaced along with the bottom seal (reason for service visit) and an estimate for each. I decided to just replace bottom seal (after my bottom seal fix only lasted ~8 months), but good to know cost of other work if needed in future. Tom was friendly and professional and got the job done in no time! great overall service and happy with the better more robust seal, and will use again in the future if needed.
