My name is Tom Palmer. I've lived in Grove City all of my life. I have a 19 year old son and a 15 year old daughter. I have previously worked in the residential construction business. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach and working on anything from dirtbikes and motorcycles, to race cars and trucks.

Our service agent Tom did a wonderful job installing our new electric garage door opener and updating all of the mechanisms needed for our garage door. Can't say enough about the fast, professional service we received from Precision. We had used their service before and were very happy with the work done, so they were the first company we called this time. It was late on Saturday night when a spring snapped, also breaking a cable. Set an appointment for early on a snowy. Sunday morning. Tom Palmer showed up at the exact time, ready to work. In a very short time he had the door hanging straight, with the new springs and cable replaced. Even in the dead of winter with several inches of snow on the ground, Precision got the job done, fast. Can't say enough good about Tom Palmer. Polite, professional, and knew his business. Will certainly use Precision in the future.

Tom was called and let us know when he would get here. Tom was very polite and very efficient. He cleaned up and left no trash. We were very happy with Tom.

What a wonderful service. Our garage door broke, the bracket came off from the door panel. The Service technician was prompt and on time. Thomas Palmer wore a mask and was very aware of CoVid issues. He previewed the broken door and was very quick on his determination of the needs to repair the door. The repair was quick and efficient. I would recommend Precision Door Service for sure. From the moment, I called, the customer service lady was super nice and efficient to the technician. What a great group. Great service. Thanks. Would highly recommend.

It was great to have Precision Door Service come out to assess my garage door. The gentle man called to confirm his appointment time. He arrived early and assessed the problem. The service provider told me what the issue was with garage door motor and provided factual wearing of it. He listened to my request for receiving estimate on new garage door opener. He did just that. He provided choices for the garage door opener and pricing. I'm glad to know Precision Garage Door was easy to access and assess my concerns. Even though Precision offers options to pay; I plan to utilize the service at a later date. Thank you!????

I was just ripped off by this company. I ran into my door and needed a few repairs. They added many other charges and repairs to the bill. I spoke with another repairman who verified this but they had already started the work so I wasn't able to stop it. When I asked the repairman to stop and quote me on the work he had already done because I realized the price was too high he told me that he isn't able to raise the door to remove his items and gave me a breakdown of why it is that price which seemed like he was replacing too much unnecessary stuff. Then he "talked to him manager" and somehow was able to come down over $300. I was still ripped off even with that price so I am not happy. I'm thankful that they were able to come out over the weekend but also know that I could have saved at least a couple hundred dollars had I been able to wait until Monday.

The technician replaced springs on 2 of the 3 garage doors, replaced all of the wheels/bearings, and tuned up all three door openers. He did an excellent job. Very professional, personable and skilled. We truly appreciated the end product. I highly recommend this company.

An easy 5 stars review for Precision Garage Door. I've called on them several times over the years (and they've never disappointed). Most of the time they have same day service (which is impressive). Their reps are always kind and knowledgable. Their price seems fair...given the prompt service and knowledgable technicians. I called precision,they had someone come the same day and fix my problems. Very courteous. I had a large gap big enough for a squirel to fit under and the old opener would not let me program the in car openers to it. They found a frayed cable so I had them go ahead and change cables and install new opener. They even programmed both cars to the opener for me. Very pleased with their work.
