I had a great experience several years ago with my garage door, it turns out the same technician Matt Eberly from Columbus, Ohio replace my Genia opener this morning. He did a excellent job, was on time, I got a call before he came. He was very professional, after installing he explained how it operated, show me all the details!! Didn’t know who to call so read a bunch of reviews and chose your company. I couldn’t have hand picked a nicer technician and felt he was very knowledgeable about his profession and products. I did have culture shock when he showed me the prices but having not gotten estimates from other companies yours might not be out of line. I have had springs replaced in the past and the price was nothing like this. Again I can’t say enough good things about the technician but if I every need repairs again I will get at least 3 other estimates to see if yours are in line with others.

I chose Precision because of the wonderful commercials. They are everything they said. Excellent service and i am very pleased. Matt E. did a tremendous job. He is the epitome of what every employee should be. He was very professional and very positive. He kept me informed and knew everything about repairing the door. My door is now quiet, operates efficiently and it is nice to use my remote to open/close my door. My puppy, Bella thought she came to see her. She had to get some belly rubs and hugs. Matt is the creme de la creme of Precision. I am a very satisfied customer!!
