Needed to have bottom seals replaced on two doors and had an inspection of the overall health of the doors being they were over 8 years old, Matt did an excellent job installing the seals and I opted for new rollers and bearings as the existing ones were going bad. Matt was here on time and was very professional and friendly. I will recommend Matt and Precision to anyone that needs their service.

I chose Precision because your company won the 2021 "Best Of The Best Licking County Community Choice Awards". Same day service drew me in even more. Service included install of: Belt Drive Garage Door Opener, Springs, & Rollers for our double garage door. Matthew Eberly presented the options available & described information on each, as well as the associated warranties. Matthew was very knowledgeable about the products, & very courteous; there was "no" high pressure sales approach. He was very thorough & neat with his work. He was very patient with listening to our questions & answering each, ensuring that we also understood his answers during his work. If we would happen to have issues with our single car garage door, we would definitely call your company back, & would not hesitate to request Matthew as well. Thank you for servicing Licking County. My 17-year-old garage door came off the rails and would not open or close. I called Precision and they set an early appointment for the next day. From the agent who took my call to the tech that came out to work on it-- just a fantastic experience! Matt Eberly was on time, courteous and explained the options on fixing the door and even made some great suggestions on preventive maintenance. I decided to have the door overhauled with new rollers, springs, and a reinforcement strut. Matt repaired the door in about an hour and noted some issues with the door and railings and made the adjustments to them. I came away from the experience knowing that the door was fixed right and that it was money well spent. Overall, I give Matt and Precision a 5-star rating on their services.

Our garage door broke on a Thursday night around 8:30 PM. Since they have 24/7 service, we called and got an appointment for 10 AM-2 PM the next day. Matt arrived around 10:30 AM and had a new garage door opener installed and operating by 12:30 PM. Great product and service!!

Precision did a great job. My tech, Matt was professional, friendly, informative and a great guy to have at my home. He explained all the options and allowed me to choose. I had a partial rebuild of my pulleys and door system to include new springs. It rolls like its new. Precision was not the least expensive option, but I believe that it was a great choice.

Matt was our garage door technician and he was very knowledgeable about the products that we were looking at installing. He was very professional, wonderful at his job and a really good listener. Joe and I spent more on the opener than we would have liked but it was better than having someone come out again to replace something else!!!!
