Installer was professional, knowledgeable, experienced and on time. Gave suggestions as to my needs, explained brand alternatives for models and pricing. Must importantly, he worked efficiently and completed the the installation of a new opener and serviced and repaired both garage doors in record time. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone. I’ve used several different companies over the years and Precision was the best hands down.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent garage door service appointment conducted at my home. Despite scheduling the visit in good faith and expecting a resolution to the issue, no actual service was performed. Nevertheless, I was charged a $50 fee without any explanation or justification for the cost. The technician arrived, briefly assessed the situation, and left without making any repairs or offering meaningful guidance. There was no follow-up, no quote for future work, and no value provided in exchange for the fee. It felt less like a professional service and more like a transactional visit designed to collect payment without delivering results. I believe in compensating businesses fairly for their time and expertise, but this experience fell short of even the most basic standards of customer care. I would strongly advise others to seek alternative providers who prioritize transparency, accountability, and genuine service.

After having a new opener and entire new rack system installed this past January, the last thing I expected was for everything to go bad in just a little over 6 months. Thankfully, a bolt had just fallen out and Matt was able to remedy it quickly. He pinpointed the issue and had it done in less than 30 minutes. He was super professional, friendly, and personable… the best part is that everything was covered under the warranty so I didn’t have to pay for anything.

They were timely and came out when they said they would. I ended up going with another company bc Precision was way overpriced. I saved almost $2000 going elsewhere. Do your due diligence and get other estimates. It will save you money by looking at other places.
