They were timely and came out when they said they would. I ended up going with another company bc Precision was way overpriced. I saved almost $2000 going elsewhere. Do your due diligence and get other estimates. It will save you money by looking at other places.

The technician arrived, briefly assessed the situation, and left without making any repairs or offering meaningful guidance. There was no follow-up, no quote for future work, and no value provided in exchange for the fee. It felt less like a professional service and more like a transactional visit designed to collect payment without delivering results. I believe in compensating businesses fairly for their time and expertise, but this experience fell short of even the most basic standards of customer care. I would strongly advise others to seek alternative providers who prioritize transparency, accountability, and genuine service.
