The technicians did a wonderful job of repairing our broken garage door. It has been giving us trouble for a while, up to the point where it totally quit working. Dustin was my repair person. He did a thorough review of the door with me and presented all of my options clearly. The work (springs, pad/seal, bushings, and rollers) was completed in about an hour. The door works great now and is much quieter. I was very impressed that Dustin got so much done is such a short time by himself. Dustin was great to work with, very efficient, and left the garage clean. I am very happy with Precision and all the repairs done to my garage door.

While my problem with my garage door being jammed was fixed, I feel I got ripped off having been charged $832 for an hour's work. The cost should reflect the difficulty of the problem based on what was done. The cost was based on all that could go wrong before even working on the door. I know there has to be an estimate, but the true cost should be adjusted fairly according to what was needed to be done.

My wife and I recently move here from California and my wife searched internet to find your company. I had two issues, the remote control garage door opener unit and the garage door opener unit in my Honda CRV would not work after I tried to program them several times. Dustin Keaton was the technician that came out to work on the problem. Within minutes he discovered that external remote control was not compatible with the door opener. Evidently the lady I bought the house from changed the garage door opener and never changed the external remote control unit. She previously told me she couldn't get it to work. He replaced the external remote control unit, cleaned out whatever program was in both units, re-programed them and they both worked the first time I tried them. Dustin was amiable and easy to interface with, very competent and I enjoyed the whole experience. If I need work done in the future I will contact your company and specifically ask for Dustin. He is a great resume for your company.

Dustin arrived at our home aprox 1 and a half hours after calling or chatting with Precision doors. Dustin performed a very excellent job. He explained every thing he did. He put new hardware in a 30 year door. New high cycle springs and new side rollers and end bearing caps and center bearing. Did a complete adjustment of the door and it is well balanced. the old side rollers were very worn. You have a very great company

A part on my garage door was broken. One call to Precision put me in touch with a service person who scheduled me for service the next day. I was given a choice of 2-hour openings. The technician called to let me know he was on the way and showed up promptly. He immediately spotten the problem and had the correct part on his truck; he told me what the cost would be. He fixed the problem quickly and demonstrated to me a door that opened and closed properly and was secure. I paid with my credit card on site. I appreciate the technician--his knowledge and personal approach--and Precision for their realistic TV ads (using real employees, not actors). I will refer friends to Precision.
