Our spring was broken and we could not open our garage door. It was Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and we didn't think we could get the door fixed until Tuesday. Dustin arrived on Monday morning and replaced the coil. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We would recommend your company!

Impressed that a technician would come the same day I called & a schedule time of 6-10pm. Dustin was very knowledgeable and the light bulb that was flashing was due to it being a LED...the shorter stem made contact spotty. Very Impressed even with the original install & love the 7 year warranty

I chose Precision because of the commercials on tv, but I sure am glad I chose them just the same. When things happen toward the end of the day, it is nice to know that Precision will still make it out to the house to fix it! Called at 130 pm - explained my problem. Dustin arrived little more than an hour later. Amazing service response. He quickly serviced door and corrected my problem. I've used Precision in the past, wont consider any other company for my garage door. If only all the other companies I have to deal with were as well run and manned as Precision.
