Our friend's car was stuck in her garage (we are responsible for her property) and, she needed to get it out to be able to get to work on Monday. We tried everything to get it out and the garage door would not open. So, we called Precision Garage Door. Everything was completed in a most efficient and timely fashion and Derek Mason is a wonderful representative for your company. The first thing he did for us was to get her car out of the garage which really eased our minds. He thoroughly inspected the garage door and, he gave us several options on what could be done to fix the problem. He explained each option to us and allowed us to choose which one best suited our needs. Then he went to work. He worked extremely hard to make sure everything was perfect. We chose your company because of the advertising we have seen on television. You have a first-class operation from the time we called to explain our situation, to the end result. When I called Precision Garage door, it was initially because they don’t have ‘out of normal hours’ charges, and what a relief. My technician, Derek, was extremely professional and very nice. I have technical repair experience myself, and he didn’t talk down to me, and explained everything. Even showed me the springs and parts he had that were available to be used for my setup. Went with the upgrades, and I am 100% confident this will last me a long time. The warranty is also excellent, even if I think it’s unlikely I’ll need warranty service! I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who needs service, or a new install. The price is absolutely worth the peace of mind. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing!!! Worth every penny! The service provided, not only fixing all the issues, but the customer service as well is the best I have received in a long time. Derek was wonderful, efficient with all our issues, and knowledgeable. He came out to fix a broken spring and ended up fixing so much more for us. Our garage door spring broke as I pushed the button to open it trapping both cars inside. It was 3:00 in the afternoon and I had to be at work the next day at 7:00. We called Precision and Derek M. was there within the hour and had us fixed within two hours after arriving. He was courteous, professional and efficient, told us what had happened and what our options were. The door now works better than it ever did...much quieter, and operates more easily. Fantastic experience. Precision delivered as promised in every way. Our break down occurred at 5:00 PM on a Sunday. I called Precision, was connected to a live person. A technician came on Sunday night and repaired the problem. Icing on the cake was our technician, Derek Mason. Derek was a great ambassador for the brand. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly. I called Precision on a Sunday afternoon when my garage door would not open. With a couple of hours Derek was in my driveway! He explained the other things that were going bad on a 33 yr old door and stated that they weren't critical at that time but I elected to have them done to avoid my vehicle being stranded again in the future. To my surprise, he was able to do them right then and there - on a Sunday no less! I did not realize just how bad the rollers, cables, hinges, etc. were on that door until he was finished and it's SO quiet and works so well that I am glad I found Precision.

I've seen Precision Door Service commercials for some time, but never needed them until Sunday morning when my garage door spring broke and the roller came out of the track. I called them at 10:00 AM and Bianca was very friendly and professional as she scheduled an appointment for that day between noon and 2:00 PM. Derek called shortly after noon and told me he was on his way. He was friendly and professional, and after assessing the situation, prepared three estimates for me ranging from "just get the door working" to "fix the problem and prevent future issues". I chose the full service including preventative maintenance and approximately 90 minutes later the door worked better than it did when it was brand new. If you want an excellent customer service experience, give these folks a call.

We were looking for information and pricing for a keypad on the outside of our garage that operates the garage door. I got a rough price on the phone from Kelsey, and she said they could have a technician out that afternoon. He'd look at it and give me an exact price. Derek came, looked at our setup, and gave me a price that was right in the range Kelsey had estimated. I gave Derek the go ahead and it took him a very short time to get everything up and running. Had a broken spring. Precision was able to come out within 3 hours to fix it. Other components were sold to me and replaced also. I was not aware they were needed but trusted the technician's explanation. It was expensive but with the 7 year warranty, I should be worry free.

I was able to set the appointment for same day service which was very convenient. I had been having issues with the garage door opening smoothly for quite some time and two other companies had been unable to resolve the problem. The tech listened to my descriptions before testing the door so he could know better what to watch for as he tested the door (the issue was sporadic but problematic.) He found a few problems pretty fast and was able to make adjustments as well as replace some parts needed. I was very happy he had everything he needed with him; there was no added waiting time for parts. Everything was done in under two hours. Fast and VERY friendly service. The issues seem to be resolved and if for some reason they aren’t I have the added comfort of a warranty. I’m very pleased with Precision Door.????

Precision initially installed our replacement double door garage opener. This year we had problems with the door opening periodically like someone had our passcode/ frequency, etc.. In addition, our inside door opener pad would not operate on a consistent basis. Our Techician Derek Mason was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked our whole system out and no obvious answer to our problem. However, he took the extra time out to look further into the inside wall contol unit and located a couple of wires somewhat loose. He tightened them up, and it's been almost a month now, and we haven't had any problems with the unit since. He gave us some additional tips as well. Thank You Derek.

Derek came out to my home in the evening to fix a broken spring on our garage door. The door was not functional and we could not get my wife's car out and she had to leave for work first thing the following morning. Derek showed up super quickly and was EXTREMELY professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. He was able to fix our spring and get our door up and running again. The cost for the repair was quite high (which is my only knock on the experience), but i suppose its the price of having an emergency repair completed in the evening hours when nobody else is open or will come out to help. Regardless, the cost does NOT reflect negatively on Derek (as i presume its set by Precision and not the tech) - he was truly a life saver and i couldnt have asked for a better personal interaction in this emergency situation. Big thanks to Derek for helping us out in a pinch.
