On line customer satisfaction rating for the Westerville area. Dereck called before hand, arrived on time with a helper. After inspecting the garage door and opener, he went over the details of his finding with me then came up with a priority list of repairs and options for the repairs. He and his helper installed the upgrades to the door and track along with installing a new garage door opener. The door is running quieter and seems more stable than before. All around a great job by this team.

Called late AM for a "Check-UP" on my garage door system so not an urgent call by any means. Shocked to hear they could come out same day. Derick arrived and did not identify any urgent issues as all was working at this time and stated there was no charge. He did however identify some items where wear and tear were progressing and noted the springs were too small for the weight of my door. After a very good educational discussion, I told him I like to operate in prevention mode rather than in problem mode. He gave me a quote and again was shocked to hear that he had everything on his truck and could complete all items discussed during this visit. WOW - Glad I called Precision.

I needed to have my gargage door replaced or repaired as it had stopped working . I chose Precision because of the great reviews. An precision employee , Derek, came out the same day. Derek came to the house to reprogram our outside remote. We have a lot of trouble with it. He ended up installing a new one. I believe it should work better. I also asked that he refresh me with how to fix the outside opener if it loses its signal again. Did so with no hesitation. While doing the work he also noticed 2 items that needed attention and took care of them while he was here. Such a kind person and always giving suggestions to help. Also made a recommendation for a future fix .

I replaced my old overhead door opener with a side opener. I could not believe the difference. It is so quiet you have to listen to hear it. Derek done me an excellent job by balancing my door replacing my rollers and programming my remotes. I would recommend precision door company and Derek the technician to anyone. Technician did good job of analyzing the existing garage door insulation to make sure a satisfactory repair could be accomplished. He was able to work around a tight situation to modify the existing lift mechanism. Only negative was the $700+ for approximately 2 hours labor and parts (2 pulleys, lift bar and coil spring)

The spring on our garage door broke on a Sunday evening stranding both of our cars inside the garage. I scheduled an appointment that evening (on-line) for Monday morning. The communication with Precision was excellent. I received immediate confirmation of my appointment, and received a text and phone call on Monday morning that their technician was on his way. He arrived around 10:45 a.m., and after looking at the door he sat down with me and went through a full range of repair options. The technician had all parts required to do the job in his van, and by 12:30 p.m. the repair was completed. He explained all his work as he was doing it and educated me on proper maintenance. He even threw in 2 cans of lubricant for me to use in the future. I am very happy with the friendly and professional service I received from Precision and would recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs.

It was recommended by my First Alert system. The problem was solved, the workmen (2) were both helpful, friendly and professional. They explained everything to me and were very courteous. I would recommend them. However, I found the prices for what was done was very high. I have neighbors who I will tell about their service, but I will mention that the price was very high for what I had done.
