My name is Tom Palmer. I've lived in Grove City all of my life. I have a 19 year old son and a 15 year old daughter. I have previously worked in the residential construction business. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach and working on anything from dirtbikes and motorcycles, to race cars and trucks.

This was our first time using Precision and it definitely won't be the last. Our technician was on time, friendly and explained everything about the new opener. He even gave us some pointers on 'oiling' the hinges when the door starts to squeak.

I was not happy with the garage door opener they installed. I told sales guy that we wanted one that would tell us when the door was opened or closed and Wifi. They did a great job installing the new door but the insulation of the opener and how it works not good at all

Amazed he could get here in this weather. He got all repairs to the door done,but the belt on the motor is not available, so the job will be finished Monday. Some suppliers were closed, so that explains the lack of availability. I would recommend this company highly.

Very pleased with the repair on my door. Tom was able to arrive on time and explained my options to fix my door and it works as good as a new door. He did.the job and was very friendly in explaining what maintenance i need to do. Price was a little higher than i expected but senior discount did help some and as my Mom always said you get what you pay for. I would recommend Precision to my friends and family

I am not sure that I am completely content with the warranty service that I received yesterday. My garage door opened yesterday. However, your technician installed right side cable in my driveway rubbing against a portion of the metal frame. It may have an adverse effect on the cable durability. So, I am sorry, but I cannot give you a better rating.

Matt came to my home and corrected my concern. I feared that the right side cable was rubbing against a metal piece, which would cause the cable to break. But, Manager Matt moved the metal piece a bit to the right. The potential problem was avoided. I am very satisfied with the result. And I am granting you an "excellent" grade for your overall work. Tom P. Called and said he would be at my house in 45 minutes to 1 hour. He arrived in 54 minutes, right on time. He was very professional ( except he smelled like cigarettes). He gave me 3 different estimates, good, better, best. I talk with him as he completed the install. He was pleasant to talk to. He did complete the install in 1.25 hours. Which would have been about 1 hour if we didn’t talk so much. This is not the first time I have used this company. I am once again pleased with the quality of the work and the technician, other than he smelled like cigarettes. I will use them again if needed. I think they are a little pricey but the quality of their work very good. P.S. Tom enjoy your Vacation and cruise next year.

I have seen your commercials for years so you were the first call I made! I called in the evening but there were appointments available as early as the next day. Tom P. was my technician and he did a great job on all fronts - he called in advance and arrived when he said he would, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, listened, explained everything clearly and the installation was flawless - after new springs, cables and bearings, my 30 year doors sound brand new! He even offered to haul away an old garage door opener rail I had stored in my garage. 5 stars all the way around!
