It was a Holiday weekend so I was not able to call additional companies for a quote. I would absolutely not recommend this company. They constantly try to upsell you and charge so much more than average. I just talked to my next door neighbor and he paid almost half.

Excellent Service, called for service late Saturday and had appointment for mid morning on Sunday. Our tech (Tim) was great, he explained all issues from start to finish. He checked out door and found issues that needed repaired / replaced then gave us options to choose from. When we decided everything was done before he left. I was extremely happy the way my issue was solved. The frontline associate listen to my problem very patiently, the technician showed up on time and gave me a call before coming. He checked my key pad and fixed it in minutes and did not even charge for the service. And that's it just like that.

My service was exceptional and efficient. It was Sunday and my spring broke ( again). I had it replaced before by another company and actually was also replaced previously by another company before that. Tim Tomlinson Jr explained all options ( as my garage was put on 20 years ago). He was informative and provided options with a guarantee! I’d suggest him and this company to everyone! Please see receipt for all replacement parts.

The spring on my garage door broke suddenly on a Sunday afternoon. My boyfriend suggested I call Precision Door which I did even though it was a Sunday. My call was answered by a friendly, professional call center representative who promptly scheduled an appointment for me the next day. Tim, the repairman, came promptly at 10 am when he was scheduled, and called me beforehand as promised, which I appreciated. We inspected the door together and he told me I would have a few options for the repair. He gave me estimates on those options - no pressure whatsoever. After I made my choice, he very quickly and professionally did the repair. It was all done in less than an hour. Tim was very personable, friendly and professional. My overall experience was top-notch and I would recommend Precision Door to anyone.

My Garage door was ran into and 2 panels damaged. I called Precision and within 4 hours Tim Tomlinson showed up and very and evaluated the damage. He was very professional and within 10 minutes had an estimated repair cost and timeframe for new panels being ordered / installed. This is the first time I have used Precision and thus far have been extremely impressed with their response time and work ethics.

First of all I can’t say enough about our technician that came out and fix out door. He was so professional and polite and helpful. On a second note you are very over priced ! Charging me $145.00 each for a bearing plate that you can get at home dept for $11.00 Please re-evaluate your pricing $1000 to fix a broken spring is a little high !
