We had previously used Precision for repair work on a broken spring. When our door would not open but would close we anticipated a hefty bill for replacement. Tim found that an umbrella leaned against wall while loading had blocked the sensor. We expected at least a service charge but we were not billed anything. We have used Precision for years and they never fail to impress us. Tim was no exception. Our garage door spring broke early Sunday morning on the coldest day of the season. We called Precision not knowing if it were even possible to get someone out that day and within a couple hours ( exactly as promised) Tim arrived to fix the entire problem. From the pleasant woman that answered the early call to completion, we were 100% satisfied. We have always been impressed with the professionalism, quality of service, and expertise of the installers at Precision. It is an A+ organization through and through. We will continue to use them, and as always, refer them to others. You do it right!

Tim Tomlinson was very knowledgeable of all components of the garage door and systems. He was able to assess the door and provide a diagnosis in very short order. Tim Tomlinson was my technician and did a great job inspecting and explaining what was needed. He also explained how the door original sprin installation was done incorrectly which was why I was never able to manually open it. The springs are now properly installed and I can now open the door manually if I want. If I need any future garage door service, I will be calling Precision Door Service.

It was an emergency situation. The garage door had come off of its tracks and it was midday going into a holiday holiday Precision responded to my urgent need and had a repair technician on site within two hours problem resolved I couldn’t be happier with their service and the gentleman who took care of the problem.

So this morning I discovered a spring had broken on my garage door and was definitely going to need replaced. After a quick on line search I selected Precision based on the many positive reviews. I elected to call rather than do an on line booking as it allows you to begin your assessment of customer service right away. I must say that everything from my initial conversation to the completion of the repair was both courteous, professional and certainly exceeded my expectations based on today’s level of service. The technician was outstanding and provided me with several options from just replacing the broken spring to replacing some of the other 22 year old parts. There was no pressure to fix anything other than the broken spring and I could have opted for any or all the recommended parts. The whole process was so professional I decided to replace all the recommended parts on the door as well replace all the load bearing parts on my second garage door. I received excellent service from start to finish and would definitely recommend Precision to a friend.

I called because the wires to my sensors had come loose. Not only did Tim fix the wires, but he did a complete inspection and found another more serious problem, which he fixed efficiently. Great service!
