Gary was - in a word - excellent! I received complete same day service just as you advertise. I made an appointment at 8 a.m., he arrived at 10 a.m. He first walked me through all the "issues" observations with our garage door system. Then, when he gave us an estimate for repair/replace, he listed the items in order of priority to address. He said he would complete his work in 2 to 2 1/2 hours. It was 2 hours. Then, when he was done, he walked through everything he did, and asked me if I had any more questions. He kept his word on everything. And your company backed up your word in your advertising. Thank you! I would recommend Precision to anyone.

The tech, Gary, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He arrived just before the stated appointment time started after calling to say that he was on his way. He gave me options for the repair without doing a hard sell. The work was completed in good time, quicker than I anticipated. No mess was left behind. Would I use this company again? I was so beyond impressed and appreciate the service this company did for us. I called early afternoon today for a repair to our garage door. They were able to put me on the schedule for today. Gary (A) called me about 20 minutes later and was at our house 20 mins after that. He diagnosed the issue, gave me 2 repair options and fixed it, all within an hour or less. When my garage door would not close, a neighbor recommended Precision. They were very prompt in coming out and made suggestions on replacing the various parts. Since I didn’t want to mess with it again I told him to replace the motor, springs and all the parts. Glad the work was all done within a few hours. He even reprogrammed my car remote control for me. Gary Lemaster did an outstanding job. Gary called me in advance to discuss the problem I was having and he explained what the problem likely was. When he arrived, we went over the issue again. Gary then went to work, diagnosing the problem and inspecting the entire system. After he finished, he explained what he found and laid out the options. The process was very transparent. Given my garage door opener was 23 years old I elected to go with a new genie opener and other replacement parts. Gary thoroughly explained why, given the age of my system, I should consider the overhaul. I accepted all of Gary’s suggestions. Gary installed the new system and then explained everything to me. As I said, Gary did an outstanding job and he deserves a 5 star rating.

Extremely satisfied with the great service provided by your tech Gary Lemaster. The garage door spring had broken and door would not open. I had guests (whose car was in the garage) from out of town who needed to catch a plane later in the day. I called for service at 9:45 am and Gary arrived about 11:20 am. He was very quick to review everything and actually showed me what was wrong and explained how it worked. There was no pressure to repair anything but the spring but he offered other service to improve long term use. His excellent repairs were completed within an hour. You can be sure I’ll be recommending Precision to all my friends. Thank you so much.
