Extremely satisfied with the great service provided by your tech Gary Lemaster. The garage door spring had broken and door would not open. I had guests (whose car was in the garage) from out of town who needed to catch a plane later in the day. I called for service at 9:45 am and Gary arrived about 11:20 am. He was very quick to review everything and actually showed me what was wrong and explained how it worked. There was no pressure to repair anything but the spring but he offered other service to improve long term use. His excellent repairs were completed within an hour. You can be sure I’ll be recommending Precision to all my friends. Thank you so much.

Gary did a great job on our garage door and was very helpful in explaining reasons that he recommended other door parts be repaired other than just replacing the single spring. It was a "you may be calling me in the future to take care of it if you don't do it now." Gary saw my tools in the garage and even suggested that some of the repairs he was doing that I could just do myself to save money. I observed the whole process of his work and maybe on the other garage doors I could do some of that work, but I'm sure I will just call Precision again and let the experts take care of things.

Fast Service! Called this morning of May 2nd told me they would be here between 2-6pm. Received a call a few minutes later. The tech told me he would be there within 20 min. I am very happy to give a five star rating to Gary L. He is an amazing,friendly,knowledgeable young man. He called before his arrival to my home and was here on time. He very quickly diagnosed the issues with my garage door,fully explained my options,and took the time to speak to my son on the phone to explain to him what needed to be done. That gesture was very important to a senior citizen. I had options to decide on,no pressure,just the facts. The work was finished in a timely,professional manner. I called on Wednesday night to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace a 27 year old Genie door opener of which I have two. The scheduling was exceptionally pleasant and efficient. Gary came the next day and I asked him to price the bad opener and also price replacing both existing openers. He was extremely cordial and knowledgeable and no pressure on the sale. I went with replacing both. Immediately Gary didn't just put in the openers, he installed them with old school craftsmanship, something hard to find these days. Thanks to all involved in this installation. Wish I could have made it a 10 star review.

My experience Which Precision Garage Door Exceeded my expectations. When Gary arrived, He listened to my complaint that I was experiencing with the garage door opener motor. Gary L. showed up on time. Was most courteous. He explained all the repairs necessary. He replaced our springs, rollers, cables, shaft, and bearings. Gary gave different prices for different materials. Then proceeded to fix the problems fast and efficiently.
