Precision was able to respond to our door failure within 2 hours in subzero weather. Their tech Danny was polite, personable, and a good communicator. The operator replacement/upgrade and door repair only took 2 1/2 hours and cleanup was excellent. We gladly recommend this company as they met our needs in a very professional manner.

Great service from the first contact with Alana to door panel replacement and servicing by Joseph. Everyone has been professional and courteous. Joseph provided additional information on maintaining the garage doors we have which was greatly appreciated. The spring bar broke on our garage door. Called Precision on Saturday morning thinking we wouldn't have access to the garage for days. After talking to the representative, she said someone would be at my home between 2 and 4 that day! Not only did the technician call and got to my house earlier than promised, he was courteous, thorough and efficient. Thank you for once again exceeding my expectations!!

Our garage door spring broke, and the car was inside unable to open the garage door. I called Precision at 10PM on the night before the Holiday, and they responded and fixed the problem the next morning.

I used Precision about a year and a half ago when our garage door failed, and had an excellent experience. This time, we moved to a new house that didn’t have an opener at all. Again, David (who also serviced our previous home) came in, assessed quickly, gave me an honest recommendation on what needed done as well as a couple of options for a new opener that would suit my preference. Ultimately, there needed to be a lot of repairs due to the age and wear and tear on the mechanical side of the garage door. David also installed a new opener with accommodating keypad and remotes. David is professional, courteous, friendly, personable. He’s exactly the kind of guy you want coming to your house to work on your garage door. He genuinely cares about doing quality work and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.

The door works now. They replace a spring and charged $1400 . I was stuck. After the fact I checked around and this repair should have been less than $1000 to fix. I believe that because it was Sunday and my car was trapped in the garage I was taken advantage of. On top of it I'm a senior citizen. I would not recommend Precision. I'm sure they won't post this.

My husband and I were concerned for about 2 weeks over the sounds our garage door was making, then yesterday it broke ! I was very happy that the technician could come out today and happier when he could fix it today too. We are retired so any unexpected expense is not good for us but not only was Jacob very clear and honest with the estimate he also honored a 10% coupon which REALLY HELPED. I know everything is expensive anymore but the peace of mind of having the problem fixed same day was great ! I would recommend this company and especially Jacob who was extremely polite and efficient, we felt at ease with everything. Thank you!
