When the spring broke on our garage, I set up an appointment with Precision. Mo was able to come on a Sunday and completed the repair in about an hour. He was very kind and professional throughout the job. I greatly appreciated his thorough explanation of the repair process and the maintenance recommendations he provided. After the repair, the door not only performed better but also operated much quieter than before, which has made a noticeable difference in our daily routine. I would highly recommend Mo and his company for any future garage work!

I have used Precision twice in the past and they have remained true to their word. I called on 6/2 due to my garage door not closing all the way and I was scheduled for an appointment on 6/3. The Technician Muhammad Islam arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My adult son who is Autistic was also here with Mr. Muhammad and he was patient and kind while talking to me and son, while explaining this issue with the garage door. Excellent scheduling and repair technician. I never expected the repair to be done same day, but it got put on technician and he was there in the allotted time frame given. Technician very friendly and knowledgeable. He inspected and lubed my current overhead door, and it works better than before. The new bottom sweep is very nice. I would use Precision in a minute and not try anyone else.

The installer was great, and though the current prices were a bit of a shock - our old lift master was 26 and still worked, just lost its ability to communicate to a remote or new vehicles. Would have liked a stronger motor, but happy with the product and price and the warranty. Chose you as an extension of the old original installer - several merger/name changes, but service was just as good as the original - or better
