My name is Tom Palmer. I've lived in Grove City all of my life. I have a 19 year old son and a 15 year old daughter. I have previously worked in the residential construction business. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach and working on anything from dirtbikes and motorcycles, to race cars and trucks.

Great service and timely repair done by Tom, who is very personable and professional. Precision door was recommended to me by my realtor, Deb, from Minister Realty. I called yesterday and got the garage door repaired this morning within an hour and a half! The cost was reasonable. I was also impressed that the website provides photos of their employees so that I know who to expect. Tom also called when he was on his way. Thanks again for your service and a job well done!

Tom arrived within an hour of my call this morning to identify why my door wouldn't fully close and proceeded to fix the problem. Sadly my 20 year old opener died while he was working. He installed a new system and made sure that everything, including key pad and remotes worked well. The door is now operating more smoothly and quietly than when I bought my home. I do recommend this company.

The company representative was prompt and profesional. The job turned out to more than I hoped. I knew I needed repair but ended up with garage door system rehabilitation and belt driven opener. Everything was explained in such a manner that I understood exactly why everything need to be done and what my options were. The work was done immediately and, from what I can tell, very well. Precision was great. I called Saturday an hour before they closed and I had an appointment for the next day. Tom was my technician and he was great. He was early and was friendly. The work he had to do was done fabulously and he went above and beyond programming all the remotes, keypad, and opener in my car. On Saturday the sixth I had an appointment with precision to get my garage door fixed. On the chat the previous day the technician noted he would possibly be here no later than 11:00 am. But to my surprise I was the first appointment. The technician Tom called and said he would be here promptly at 9. He showed up a little before 9. He came in and assessed the door. He was also very polite and kind. After assessing the door. He told me I didn't need a new door. I had feared I needed a new one because I had had a competitor to yours look at my door previously and they said it had to be replaced. So I was relieved. After that he quoted me a price. Worked hard and got it finished in an hour. Very satisfied and happy to receive service from your company. Thank you.

I found that my garage door wouldn't open at about 12:15 on a Saturday afternoon. I found Precision on the internet, that they were open and near my home. I called about 1pm and was given a window from 3 - 5pm that day. Tom arrived at 2:45, introduced himself, identified the problems and got to work. He was done by 4:15. Great work, incredibly prompt and polite response. Very pleased.
