I called Precision after finding a broken torsion spring and also because I suspected that the 18 year old door opener had kicked the bucket. My appointment was set and kept the same day. Tom Palmer was the technician who repaired the door and installed a new door opener. He answered all my questions thoroughly, gave me a clear cost estimate and got right to work after I gave the OK to proceed. Less than three hours later I had a perfectly functioning garage door. Tom explained how to operate things correctly and took away all the replaced materials. It's nice to find someone and a company that deserves a five star rating. In my case they earned it. Thanks.

I felt the technician , Tom, did an outstanding job repairing my broken garage door spring by replacing both springs with the better quality springs, and giving the door a full needed tune up to include new torsion cables, ball bearing flanges, new rollers, plus checked the whole door system for problems. It was time to replace my 28 yr old opener when I got tired of shaking my car remote to get it to work. Since Precision did a great job on replacing my garage door a few yrs ago, I decided to contact them again. My appt time was 8am-10am Thursday 2/13 and I received a phone call at 0745 informing me they were on their way. Bob and Tom arrived shortly thereafter on this cold and snowing day. They showed me all my options with prices and even offered to try to find a car remote for my old one. After answering all my questions I chose the new one I wanted. They got to work, installed the new one and went over all the features and how to use it. Bob also shoveled my driveway and sidewalks!! I could've asked for a better team or experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or call this company again. In this day and age it's hard to find a company like this. Thanks again for a job well done.

Our garage door broke on a Saturday of course. We called our regular garage door service company but no answer. I googled garage door companies in Westerville and precision came up. I read reviews and they were very good. I called the company hoping I could get someone out within a few days and was pleasantly surprised that a technician could come out on Sunday at no extra weekend fee. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. Unfortunately because our unit was 23 years old we needed a new opener. Tim went right to work and was done in no time. He was kind and friendly and fast. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Precision to anyone with a garage door issue.

Very knowledgeable technician replaced springs and coils put in new rollers. There was not much room to work and the tech was understandinging and was happy we were able to clear some room for him. I Googled garage door repair then went to the Precision site to review. I called the company at 9am because our garage door spring cable snapped and the technician was at our home by 9:15. It took about one hour to repair and based upon the response and quality service provided I will call Precision again when the second of of our three spring door cables needs replacing

What can go wrong on a Halloween night? Plenty, if the garage door brackets break, and one is not able to get the cars out for the following morning. Precision Door was wonderful and sent Tom out on an emergency call to fix our door.
