I was very surprised to hear from my wife that your Technician (Tom Palmer) came into my house twice without a mask even though Franklin County is under a mandatory mask order and wearing a mask to protect my 62 year old wife would have been the least I would have expected. Very disappointed in this. All the work was done rapidly and professionally and the garage door works perfectly now. The cost was higher than I expected, but I did not have time to take bids and cannot say if it was above the market or not. My low rating is based strictly on your employees total disregard for my wife's safety and health.

I saw your ad on TV. My garage door was not always closing the way its supposed to. Your repair man said it was probably 17 years old. I figured he was probably right. So its replaced with a quieter, more efficient one. I even had a wall mounted security control installed in case someone needs to get in like the police or fire dept. They can go in through the garage (if I remember to leave the back door unlocked.) My installer was friendly and efficient.

I hired Precision this time because several years ago the wire broke and someone from Precision came and fixed it. He was professional and I liked it. Since then I have hired other company/handyman to fix different problems. Now it was time to get a new garage door, my house is almost 30 years old, and I chose Precision and I am glad I did. I called Precision after finding a broken torsion spring and also because I suspected that the 18 year old door opener had kicked the bucket. My appointment was set and kept the same day. Tom Palmer was the technician who repaired the door and installed a new door opener. He answered all my questions thoroughly, gave me a clear cost estimate and got right to work after I gave the OK to proceed. Less than three hours later I had a perfectly functioning garage door.
