My 16 foot door was a disaster and needed a tune up and a lot of work. I am not going to lie. The cost was insane. It would have actually been cheaper to buy a new door and install. But I didn't have time for that. The reason I am giving 5 stars is that this company delivers. They show up when you need them to. They are available all of the time. And they provide great customer service. The best part of the experience was my tech Tim T. Tim is a great guy. I spent the whole 2 days talking to Tim about his family, sports, and career. The world would be a better place with more people like Tim.

Tim Jr. was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We had a broken spring and all the original creaking parts. Tim reviewed our options with us and showed us the areas of concern. We decided to replace all the load bearing parts. Tim completed the job faster than expected and we couldn’t be more satisfied!

Tim Tomlinson was the repairman. He was very knowledgeable on how to fix my issues with the keypad, remote and garage door opener. He gave me options to choice from to do the repair. He was on time. Tim Jr. Was prompt, personable and friendly. He explained my options and answered my questions thoroughly. On-site 1 hour. The online booking process was very convenient since the failure happened late at night Second time Precision replaced a broken spring. Last time was 19 years ago. Comparative price was reasonable. Highly recommend them for service and repairs.

I woke up this morning to a nightmare when my garage door could not close due to an issue I had driving out of the garage. Tim showed up earlier than expected which was great. He was very courteous and very efficient. He put in whole new racks, roller and spring. My garage door has never been this quiet in all the time I've lived here! Within 4 hours, my door was working and I was able to continue with my day. I would recommend this service to everyone!

Tim Tomlinson was just out here as I kept having a wheel pop off the track and the door would not shut. He quickly assessed the issues replaced the wheel and made sure all was running perfectly before he left. He was super polite and very respectful of our home. And gave me some pointers to look out for so we don’t have issues in the future or to catch things before they become issues. Super insightful. I see why Precision Door Service gets 5 ?? Percent rep and did a great job. If I need anything again or anyone in my neighborhood needs their garage door repaired I’ll be sending them to Precision and I’ll have them ask for Tim T.

From our initial call on a Saturday evening to the completion of work Sunday afternoon, everyone we spoke with was kind and professional. We were given what every customer desires, “a predictable journey”! I’d like to give a special thank you to Tim Jr., who went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done and every safety component was working correctly. He was aware of our household having two young children and I feel he took extra steps to make sure there was no doubt as to the safety of our door operation. That means a lot! It is worth noting that the pricing was higher than I had anticipated for the work performed, but the customer service received, and the confidence in our technician more than made up for the difference in what I had anticipated in cost. Again, huge shout out and thank you to Tim Jr.. We will be repeat customers as a direct result of his service!

Excellent Service, called for service late Saturday and had appointment for mid morning on Sunday. Our tech (Tim) was great, he explained all issues from start to finish. He checked out door and found issues that needed repaired / replaced then gave us options to choose from. When we decided everything was done before he left. My service was exceptional and efficient. It was Sunday and my spring broke ( again). I had it replaced before by another company and actually was also replaced previously by another company before that. Tim Tomlinson Jr explained all options ( as my garage was put on 20 years ago). He was informative and provided options with a guarantee! I’d suggest him and this company to everyone! Please see receipt for all replacement parts.
