The technician (Tim) came out within a day of me reaching out to the company. His check of the door and the specific issue was comprehensive and he gave multiple options based on timing, cost, and property specific issues. He was very knowledgeable about the different openers and what all of the features were for each one. I was able to take his knowledge and settle on an option that worked well for me. The next day, he was back and had the whole job done in about an hour and a half.

I purchased a new garage door opener in 2022 and the key pad kept having to be reset with a code all the time. I never called about it. Just reset it myself. Well recently 8/2025 I couldn’t reset it and the garage button it code box didn’t work so I called precision and they came out replaced it for free and got it working great again. Also tightened up some bolts on my door. Tech was really friendly. Would use them every time.

We had Precision out here about 5 years ago and they did significant work and got our garage door working well. But we have being having issues with the door closing for the past month or so and had them out again. It just so happens it was the same person from 5 years ago - Tim. That says a lot, knowing that the same person is still with Precision. Tim was great and it only took him about 1-2 minutes to fix the problem and there was no charge. Precision has come out quickly each time and taken care of the problem. I would recommend them to others.

I was worried I would feel rushed into pulling out my wallet but to my surprise this did not happen at all! Tim was super helpful, he showed me where specific areas needed repaired, he even went above and beyond to Taylor the service to an area that was affordable to me but still being very honest regarding what repairs needed to be done as a high priority. He showed me what everything would cost with no issue. He didn’t make me feel rushed to decide anything and was super down to earth and humble. His communication was on point from the moment he called me to tell me he would be on his way.
