Our garage door cable came off the pully during the holidays.. we closed it and waited.... a couple weeks later.. looked on the internet and came across Percision. We liked that there is no extra charge for day, night, weekends! We made an appointment online... The technician was running late... but made up for it with his great personality and his ability to get the garage door back on track. Easily made an appointment on the website. Gave good options for service requested and appointment times. Tech was well within the requested appointment window. Was very polite and cheerful in person. Quickly assessed the damage and provided estimate of service. Repair actual amount did not exceed estimate given. Repair looks great and door works better than it did before the service.

We had a garage door spring go bad suddenly, and needed same-day service. We got that, and then some. Pat was prompt, and fully explained the process of getting the door repaired. Set up the appointment online. Patrick called about 20 minutes before arriving and was spot on time. The work was preformed professionally, quickly and he was very informative about the process and a generally good man. It wasn't cheap but what is these days? This was on a Sunday morning when I noticed the broken spring, and the garage door was back in action by 3:45. Awesome service!!! And now I dont have to worry about the other tension spring breaking and crushing my car. Replaced both springs as the original springs have been there since 2004.THANK YOU!!

It was a weekend when the garage door spring broke. I called about noon, an appointment was scheduled for 2 pm to 6 pm. Patrick arrived about 4 pm after having called me when he was about 10 minutes away. He worked quickly and efficiently.
