Our technician was Patrick M. Technician showed up on time and was curious and friendly. I was a little surprised at the cost of the repair. But if it lasts as long as they claim it will, It will work itself out over time. My wife and I decided to go with Precision because of their TV commercials and they did not disappoint. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs their services.

This is the second time that we called Precision for an issue with our garage door and as the last time they came the same day and fixed our problem. Our garage door wasn’t working properly the last couple of days. Called Precision Overhead Garage Door,Sunday afternoon Memorial Day weekend. Spoke to Victoria, very nice lady with a pleasant voice. Explained the garage door situation to Victoria and she told me a technician could be at our place soon. His name is Patrick M. When Patrick arrived, he was very personable, looked over the garage door situation and explained what needed to be done to get the garage door running properly. Gave us an estimate and said he had all the parts on the truck and it would take about 2 hrs to complete. Patrick did a great job and we are very pleased with his work. Thank You

found out mid-day that I had broken springs on my door and immediately called to see if someone might be available to come out. Was given the standard 4 hour time frame that a technician might be available... NOT TODAY !! Patrick M arrived about 1.5 hours after our call an quickly gave us a report of what needed to be done along with a few other maintenance items and a quote for the work which we agreed with. Another short hour later Patrick had replaced the springs and completed the other maintenance items. Very professional and personable -- we certainly recommend Patrick M and Precision Garage Door.

A word in the company name, PRECISION, says it all about the employees and company of Precision Door Service. As it typically happens, when winter sets in, mechanical things out side start failing. A week or so earlier, the battery in one of our vehicles died. Then the garage door opener started acting up. I called Precision Door Service and got an appointment for the next day, just missing the same day by a few minutes. Patrick Mulligan was the technician sent to our house. I knew as soon as I meet Patrick the remedy was going to go well for us. and it did. Patrick explained our options, and he immediately started working. He had EVERYTTHING, with him, no need to get parts and come back. It only took him about an hour and a half to two hours to take out our old garage door opener system and install a MUCH BETTER system. He did this while the temperature was freezing, and a stiff wind was blowing. And if he had been home. during his dinner time. Everything worked to perfection We even have battery backup now! I can’t say enough good things about Patrick, and Precision Door Services. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, if you want the job well done and beyond.

My garage door broke late afternoon on a Friday. Precision got a technician out next day, Saturday. The tech Patrick did a great job replacing all the wheels that were original , 31 years old. Garage door opens and closes smooth now and much quieter. He was kind enough to offer me a $15 coupon off the price. Highly recommend the company I will definitely call them in the future if needed

I cancel my appointment because I got the garage door to work, but ask if they can set me up for a remote for the garage, the lady on the phone said yes, so the tech comes out, he didn't touch anything, not a thing and stated the unit was too old for a remote and charged me $49.00 for a service call, if he had touched something, to ensure the unit was old. then I would feel ripped off.
