Patrick was great. I thought I was going to need a whole new door but he was able to fix the problem, and do some preventive work as well. Same day appointment, highly recommend!

Amy Fu

Patrick was very informative on the description of the problem and the pricing. The work was done in a timely manner.

Steven Mills

The work (replace 2 garage door springs and 3 hinges) was done quickly, and as far as I can tell, properly. The total cost was way higher than what on-line estimates indicated it should be to the extent that I felt I was taken advantage of because I was a senior citizen.

We called at 11:50am on Sunday and they were at our house by 12:50. Pat was very honest and gave us several options on fixing our door. Once we agreed on one, he was done in less than two hours. I highly recommend.

Edward Epstein

Our service technician Patrick Mulligan did a terrific job both in explaining what repairs we needed and doing an effective job in correcting the problems. My wife and I both felt we were in good hands with Patrick and trusted his advice.

Precision Garage Door was recommended to me a year ago - by 3 different previous customers. Patrick was very polite, and explained everything to me, and had all the tools in the truck to complete the job. I am very satisfied by the service I received.

Jose Gallegos

Patrick was great, arrived on time, the fix was not cheap but he did a great job and now the door is working even better than before, with a great warranty on the parts.

I have stayed with using Precision Garage Door Service ever since I had to replace my opener in 2022. The technician we had was Patrick Milligan. A nice guy, and very knowledgeable. He installed my opener in a very, very cold day in the winter. And just recently I needed help with the key pad, and he came out on one of the hottest days this year, and quickly took care of my problem. Thank you Patrick, and Precision Garage Door Service. I hope you remain in business for many, many years to come.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Columbus. Pat from Precision was fantastic! Our garage door opener broke on Friday, we made an appointment for Sunday morning, and Pat was there on time (with text and call in advance). He quickly diagnosed the issue (broken springs, other parts worn), gave us a range of options to replace the broken and worn parts. He then fixed it right away. The whole thing took less than 2 hours, and the garage door opens like new. About $2300 for parts and labor, but everything works and was prompt.

Tom Russell

Great job and had me up and running in 20 minutes.

Brian Weisen

Our garage door opener died. Patrick assessed the opener and gave me several options. Installation was quick and efficient. Patrick noticed that one of the brackets was not anchored correctly, and had a different bracket to make it right. Our new opener is working great!

Once again, Precision Door came through fabulously. Got the appointment quickly, the technician, who has been here before when I had a huge problem, was knowledgeable, efficient, professional and courteous. Diagnosed the problem, fixed it and everything is terrific again. Can’t recommend your company any higher!
