The door that Precision installed a couple of years ago started making a load noise when closing. Joe W. quickly discovered the problem - the door was hitting the opener arm on its way down. He adjusted the arm higher and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. Excellent work.

My door was ok. just wanted to have someone hold my hand so to speak. Made noises was advised they were normal. New door was installed 14 months ago by another company. They would not return my phone calls. Precision came out the next day and lubed the door. Thanks for you honesty .

Communication was terrible--service tech told me I had three options to get my garage door working... #1 Good $1155; #2 Better $1515 or #3 Best $1715... no description of what I was getting, only that if I went with #2 it would have a 10 year warranty. So based on seeing a screen on his phone with just the information show above (no details)... I picked the middle #2! After the service, I received an e-mail showing the options listed above with the details of what all was included (first time to know what I was getting)... AND I noticed, the warranty is only for 7 years NOT 10! They have no paperwork, no pamphlet, no warranty certificate indicating what is and what is not covered. Later, I received an e-mail from the owner of the company-asking me to write a review-but if "for any reason you are not totally satisfied, I would consider it a favor if you called and gave me the opportunity to redress the situation". So I called, obviously I was not permitted to talk directly to him. I talked with someone who argued with me and told me the office manager would call me back... that was on 5/15,,, NO ONE HAS CALLED! Be careful, ask for proof of what you are getting, know your warranty, ask for paperwork! Hopefully, if anything does go wrong they will honor their service?????

I was so frustrated with the previous company I’d called. So, every morning while watching the news, I’d see the Precision Garage Door commercials. I had been told Precision was very expensive. My garage door began acting erratic on a Sunday morning. I decided to call Precision Door, looked up their number thinking I would give them a call first thing Monday morning. I was surprised to see they were open. Gave them a call and was able to get scheduled that day. The technician, Joseph arrived at the scheduled time. He was very courteous and professional, explained the problem, had the parts needed and had my door repaired within an hour.

Great same day service. And Joseph was awesome. Our garage door was having major issues and we noticed it right after we moved in. Precision came right out same day and investigated the problems. Joe gave us options and fully explained the inner workings of our garage and lended his expertise. He was friendly and professional. This was a great experience and never tried to sell us on anything. He presented options and did great work. They also had all the parts on hand and within 2 hours our garage is quiet and safe. This is the third time I've used Precision. As previous times before, I called and and got a very friendly voice and was assured someone would be at my house today, (Joe was there within an hour) and they would be able to fix the problem. Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable and did indeed fix my issues in a timely manner. He gave me several options on parts and their prices and let me decide what I wanted to install and spend with no pressure, instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need and at higher prices. I am 100% satisfied with the work and overall service I got (as always)and would highly recommend Precision for any garage door service.
