Had my garage door serviced today by Precision and I'm very pleased! Several repairs were needed and the technicians were great. Special shout out to Cameron who was the lead technician and how thorough he was. Walked me through all the necessary repairs needed to keep my garage door functioning. Explained everything clearly/made sure I understood . Great Communication; excellent service and a friendly, knowledgeable technician. Highly recommend!

Precision door came quickly when I called about a faulty keypad garage opener on my garage. Precision had installed it a year ago. Since it was still under warranty, technician replaced keypad. Great technician. Great service.

Our garage door broke down early morning on a Sunday. One of the door cables had broken and the door was angled and frozen in place. I have used Precision before and contacted them to get service on the door. The customer service attendant was very pleasant and efficient in understanding my issue. She got a technician dispatched and had the tech out to my home within two hours of my call on a Sunday. The tech analyzed the problem, fixed the problem, and had my door fixed in 90 minutes. A very good overall experience. I will contact Precision for future door issues.

The torsion spring on my garage door broke on a Saturday - called Precision Spring they said a serviceman could come out that same day - serviceman arrived on schedule and completed the repair efficiently -garage door now works fine.

I had my garage door replaced by Lake in July 2025. He is knowledgeable about his work and completed work timely. He informed me about the care of the door, installation panels, and their 3 year warranty. I would refer others to use Precision Door. I got an estimate from Door Depot. There service was totally unexceptable. They are not a reputable garage door company. I would use Percision Door again.

Joe was the technician. He was great. Very congenial and professional.The garage door was putting too much weight on the springs. It was over 20 lbs. Joe was able to adjust the pressure so the weight was a little less than 8 lbs. Precision had replaced the springs many years ago and at that time they offered a lifetime warranty on the springs. Joe was able to adjust the pressure on the springs as part of the warranty even though the springs were not broken. I have the original purchase receipt to verify the lifetime warranty.

Precision was able to have someone out the same day and Joe Worley came out to lubricate the belt mechanism and adjust one of the cable alignment areas. I have had my door for a year. It's been a great improvement to my old single car garage built in 1930. It really dressed the old building right up! The technician that came for my year inspection was very friendly, and took his time making sure all is in good working order. He also answered my questions regarding maintenance of the door. Our service man was great. But had to charge $110. This is outrageous. It just needed re-programmed. If I had gotten a smarter person on the help line, he could have walked me through doing it myself. I feel ripped off by Precision.

Cameron and Joe were great! They arrived less than 90 minutes after I called for emergency repair service. Cameron outlined my options very clearly from absolutely required repairs to replacing the whole unit as it is over 25 yrs old. I chose to only do the necessary repairs right now but will definitely call Precision when we are ready to upgrade and replace.
