Jim was the epitome of customer service. I recieved a 15 minute warning call. He showed up on time. Assessed the issue quickly. Presented us with options with no pressure. Performed the work within the expressed time frame. Demoed the new product. Asked if I had any questions. Processed payment quickly. I'd highly reccomend to anyone looking for quality, timely, and friendly service.

Needed a garage door rebalanced before putting in a new opener. Called on Saturday and was able to get same day service, in less than two hours. Gary L. was the technician, arrived on time and went over the issue I was having. He offered to do an inspection on the door and went over his findings with me. Once we agreed on work to be done, he had all the parts and completed the work in about an hour. I was very happy with the service!

I drove into the driveway at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday (May 25), after work, to find that the garage door on my side of the garage would not open. Luckily, the other door opened. Problem - broken torsion spring on the 25-year-old door. I called the company that had installed new motors on the doors several years ago. They were scheduling service in late June. No thanks. So, I called Precision (based on comments on line), and the friendly person I spoke with scheduled a service call that same day. Residential technician Gary Lemaster arrived early, assessed the entire system and hardware on both doors. Based on his knowledge and competence, I decided to have him perform a comprehensive replacement of all components on both doors. He did so in short order and very professionally. I would recommend Precision to anyone seeking service.

Gary came quickly (within an hour of our phone call for service) and assessed our problem. Instead of doing a repair, we decided to just replace the 17 year old garage door opener. He had what we needed on the truck and within 75 minutes had replaced the opener, put on new rollers and belt rail and programmed both cars for us. He was professional, knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process. I would recommend this company without hesitation!

Gary was amazing! We've been in our new build for 3 years and of course the builders used the cheapest materials possible. He walked us through what failed and what to replace now so we don't run into more expensive problems in the future. He fixed our spring in under 45 minutes. I was also amazed that I called this morning to book an appointment and Gary was at my house by 2:30. We will be recommending you guys to all of our neighbors going forward!

Gary (Service Tech.) was great - felt like he gave a very honest opinion regarding servicing my garage door. Not only fixed the broken spring but for a little extra he would do everything to get the door to last/guaranteed for seven years. I had the best experience with Precision. My garage door broke and I noticed down the street was a Precision truck. I walked down and asked if they could take a look at it when they were finished. The guys came by and checked it out. They told me what was broken and that they only did installs but to call their company and someone would fix it right. I called and had an appointment the next morning. Gary came out to do our repair and was the best. He examined the garage door thoroughly. He explained everything that needed addressed. He gave me the priority list of what needed fixed now and what needed watched. He then priced it all out while explaining the differences. We chose a plan and he went to work fixing the door. I checked on him a little later and he told me that there had been an error loading his truck. But since that wasn't my fault he gave me a better part for the same price he quoted me. I was shocked. No many companies would have done that. We had a different garage door company sticker above our keypad. You know the ones when you need a number quick you call them. Well before he left I said Gary can you please put a Precision sticker up there so that I can ALWAYS call you guys. This was. a great experience.

I chose Precision Door Service based on a google search. I appreciated that the website was thorough, and showed pictures of the staff. Gary Lemaster provided perfect service: he was friendly, prompt, very knowledgeable and informative. He replaced the key pad, springs, rollers in a very timely manner. I already referred a neighbor to Precision just hours after Gary completed the work. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!
