David S. is a personable and professional technician who was able to diagnose an intermittent condition that caused unreliable and frustrating operation of our garage door. David also pointed out deficiencies with the existing door components that deterred the effective operation of the door, and that placed undue burdens on the opener. His explanations of the issues were logical and easy to understand. David proposed a number of possible solutions that allowed us choose a cost effective resolution to our problems. He installed a new opener and performed an overhaul of the door components that provided the best warranty for our budget. And additionally, he got everything done within tight time restraints that allowed us to meet our personal obligations. When he left our home, I told him that his employer wasn’t paying him enough! David’s knowledge and workmanship created our loyalty to Precision Garage Doors.

The process and the service exceeded my expectations as they were very professional and convenient. I had chosen to use Precision a year or so ago to install a new garage door opener. When the key pad stopped working I called to have it looked at. A tech was available on the same day to come out and look at the problem. Was able to fix the situation with no problem.

We had a issue with our garage door. It seemed like a small thing at first but it turned out I was convinced that I needed to call Precision Doors I’ve knew that I could depend on them to take care of my problem. David showed up and tried to fix the problem but it didn’t work so he had to replace the part. It was just the bottom of the door was hitting the boat tongue. So it bent the door and tore that piece off and he replaced it. He was quick and very friendly and explained everything about what our options were. We have used your company a few times before and would highly recommend you to anyone and everyone that I know. I love that I have used a coupon the last few times and saved me some $ which is great especially these days.

Called Precision based on their great looking as well as informative website. We had a spring break on our double door, so we needed help fast. Precision was able to come within 4 hours of calling them. Technician was David S.; very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He offered up great solutions to some of my door challenges. When he was finished, our door worked better than it has for 15 years. Highly recommended!

I requested service online and received a call almost immediately. A service technician (David Simpson) responded ahead of schedule. David was very friendly and knowledgeable.
