David Crowe rebuilt a double and single garage door for us today. He called before arriving and we met with a friendly handshake. We discussed what I wanted from Precision Door Service. David was professional and went to work analyzing the doors. He then reviewed with me what it would take and the cost to replace the hardware and door seals. I agreed with his assessment and he went to work making the needed repairs. Upon completion he explained the Precision warranty, reviewed the invoice for each door, I paid him / Precision, and he emailed me a copy of the work done and a paid receipt. Job well done.

I have used Precision Garage Door Service before that is why I called for help. I was able to get a appointment right away. Dave and Adam showed up and they will never understand what their kindness meant to me. They both introduced themselves the minute I met them in the driveway and from then on I just can't say enough about them. They made my otherwise bad day into a good day. Technicians were pleasant and professional and repair was completed in a timely manner. Following a thorough inspection a few other parts were recommended for replacement due to wear/condition in addition to the original reason for the call. The reason and price for each was fully explained without additional sales pressure.

Broken door spring on 26-year-old door. Fast friendly service by David C and Rico. You can tell when service people have the knowledge and experience to do the job right, and they sure did. Had all the parts and bits in the truck so one visit and it was done. Even did a great job cleaning up when done. Door works better than when it was brand new. You can open and close it with one finger. Precision came recommended and so glad they did, and I will also.

David was on time, professional and courteous. I was hoping to have my garage opener line rewired to the main keypad as the other company that installed the opener did a sloppy job. I was hoping to have the wire follow the roof line of the garage. David quickly gave a me a quote which was a fair price, but also suggested that I replace the main keypad with a wireless unit. This option would eliminate all wires and would be less expensive than the quote to rewire! The unit he had in his truck would not work for my opener. He drove back to the office to get the correct one for my opener and returned a little while later. Quick removal of old keypad and install of the new one. David exceeded my expectations as his suggestion is much better then what I was hoping to accomplish! Very satisfied customer!

Called at 8 am to schedule an appointment to get garage door repaired lady was very nice and pleasant. Schedule for same day between 10 and 2. Getting ready to leave for work they called to send over tech then. David was very professional and got the work done quickly. Door is quieter than it was. Our Sonata was stolen by 2 teenage boys in broad daylight from driveway. Within 2 days it was in the Police Impound Lot with so much damage. One thing missing was the garage door opener. So I called to see what could be done to keep them out of my home. The two young men came (Blake and ??) within an hour, wore masks, told me what they could do, how much it costs and got to work. I couldn't be more pleased (well, show me the 2 car thieves in jail). They changed code and replaced opener. I am going to add a new keypad that they will come back to do. Both young men were knowledgeable, personable, hard workers which speaks volumes for your company.

My experience with Precision Door has been fantastic. They repaired broken torsion springs in December 2020. In January 2021 my garage door opener failed. The company that repaired the opener claimed that the wrong springs had been installed a year earlier. I was expecting a fight on my hands. I called Precision that day, they sent a technician, David C., within the hour, and he fully acknowledged their mistake. He was fantastic. He installed the correct springs and arranged for Precision to refund the amount I paid for the opener repair. In my wildest dreams I could not imagine a more satisfactory solution. I would recommend Precision Door Service without reservation.

The service technicians arrived on time and were delightful. They examined my garage door and put together an estimate based on the work necessary to fix my concerns.
