In June 2022, I called Precision to repair a broken spring on our garage door. Matt came and took care of that problem plus repairied other related issues and so when I accidentally closed the garage door on my sister's SUV, I knew that Precision would be the company to call. I phoned on 12/30/2022 and they scheduled us for 1/1/2023. I was so surprised by the immediate scheduling and today, Adam arrived on time and in a very professional manner handled the problem to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing any type of attention to their garage doors. Our experience has been very satisfying and their technicians are courteous and professional.

Precision came out on a Sunday to repair our garage door. (No extra charge for the weekend) Technician, Adam, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had the garage door up and running very quickly. He explained all of the work done and installed a new control button that was not part of the original work order.

Adam was kind, thorough, arrived at the scheduled time and completed the replacement of the spring plus replacement of the bottom door seal in a professional manner. Plus, there is a warrantee attached to this service which had never been my experience previously from other companies. Precision will definitely be my choice for future issues. I am also impressed that they have a photo and short bio of the service people, which they send by email prior to the service time - so you are sure that you are admitting the appropriate person to your garage!

Adam was very professional and called to say when he would arrive. This was an old garage door opener but he said looked new inside. He figured out that it was probably the older springs. The springs were on the truck and he gave me a price and it was less then what I expected. Now the garage door works great !

After a bad experience with a 'company' recommended by a friend, I decided to do some research and find someone to service our garage door that appeared to have solid recommendations on their web site, as well as other locations/social media. Precision came out on top. Your technician was professional, helpful, and went out of his way to thoroughly check our door and openers to make sure they are all functioning correctly. He even left me a can of lubricant spray and showed me where it needs to be used in the future. Adam H. came out to service our two garage doors and their very old openers. He got everything working well, installed a keypad, and answered all of my questions. He has strong technical and customer-service skills. Overall, great experience with Precision!
