I have been so pleased with Adam H - last November and today! I was also glad that he was the person who came to my assistance. When I made the call, I was told that Adam had been assigned elsewhere and Joseph would be coming to help me. I asked that Adam be told that I said Hi. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Adam and say he was on his way; to thank you! I am a widow existing alone and really appreciate a business that understands the continuality of service is of value to the client as well as the service person. Thank you, this means a lot to me - I know most people are good but I have had one person in my home for installation of new washer & dryers and it was traumatic. Precision, as once before, provided super-fast, expert service, and a first-rate product. Great advice from the very professional technician and a careful installation that went above and beyond expectations. Precision's technical associate, Adam H., was immensely courteous, friendly, highly trained, and amazingly efficient. With Adam's patient guidance, my wife and I are confident that we made the right investment and chose the right company. Plus he also alerted us to the old, faulty rollers and was able to replace them on the same visit. In spite of the day's heat, he took pains to explain patiently all features and procedures at the end and to make sure that I was confident in operating the new garage door opener. If we could give 6 stars (or more), we would!

Bottom Line - Adam H did a great job. I called Precision at 11 AM with both cars stuck in the garage and Adam arrived at 1:30. Slightly over an hour later he had replaced the old ( 5 years and 2 months old) Torquemaster that had failed with a new tested torsion spring system. I also upgraded the rollers to the sealed bearing design and he eliminated the noise that the original installer was unable to fix. Very professional and efficient.

6/09/2023: From the original phone call when Michaela answered and set up my appointment, to the arrival of the tech (Adam) who performed the work, this experience was pleasant and professional. When Adam arrived, he was on time and outstanding with his knowledge, work ethic, and git-er-done attitude. From the start of his work to the completion – about five hours later – Adam was a very impressive worker. He had only positive things to say about the company (Precision) and never ran out of energy. He replaced two garage door openers and the wheels on both doors, ran new wiring, and set them both up to work perfectly. My wife and I are very pleased with the job that Adam did. He explained what needed to be done, got my permission to perform the work, then proceeded to do it, cleaning up after himself, checking and double-checking his work. I would rate this whole process as a 10 out of 5. Thank you for this opportunity to provide feedback.

This company is fantastic. After 19 years we needed new garage door openers. My husband called after lunch and Adam was here at 5:00pm. He installed 2 new openers, rollers and a keypad in 2 and a half hours He adjusted our garage doors, now they go all the way down. He even programmed our cars. I felt bad keeping Adam in the evening but he did an excellent job. Loved the service and would highly recommend them.

I would recommend Precision to anyone having garage door issues. I contacted them on a Friday night and they were here before 10:00 AM on Saturday. Adam H was knowledgeable and professional. After another company failed to show up, I called Precision Door Service and was greeted with GREAT customer service. An appointment was available within hours of my call. An email with of the request and who would be coming was sent instantly which included a photo of all the technicians, in case a different tech was able to get to me sooner. A phone call was received when the tech was in route. Adam H was tech, he arrived when he said he would, he was polite, friendly and respectful to me an my property. Adam provided me a 3 options in a written quote and reviewed each one with me. The garage door was repaired in no time. Adam then reviewed the work he had completed, by physically showing me and verbally explaining it to me and reviewed the warranty. Thank you for helping make a bad day better. :)
